My mood went sour.
"Ta.. hey.. "
"I'm ok Luke.. I'm... "
"I know you're strong. Take some rest first."
I tried to sleep.
I woke up maybe 2 or 3 hours later. I felt a bit good. But Luke is not around. It's already 11:40.
As I walked out Barcode gave me a card and a flower.
Hey baby Ta, I'm waiting for you at the beach.. please come soon. - Luke
"What does this mean, Barcode?"
"Don't ask me just follow the route."
What's happening?!
I walked down. The walkway is decorated with flower petals. After a few minutes I saw him standing alone with a big smile under an aesthetically decorated venue.
"Luke... What does it mean? I think we already..."
"Suhh... let me count.. 10.. 9.. 8.. 7.. 6.. 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.."
"Huh?!"
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAAA!!!"
BANG!!!
Suddenly the balloons burst. Flowers and glitters fell on me. I'm.. speechless.
"Happy birthday, my buddy!"
"Happy birthday cousin!... We don't have much time.. wish something then cut the cake.."
I wish we all could be friends like this forever and all my loving people to be happy and healthy.
I blowout the candles. First bite is for Barcode then Luke then Fen.
"I'm always latest! That's not fair!"
"Hehe..Thank you all.. I.. I don't know what to say.."
"No need to say just pay me back with your credit card. I spent too much money with the decorations."
Nong Barcode poked his boyfy's head on my behalf.
"You idiot! Stop asking for money! Give him his gift!"
"Don't get angry baby! I was kidding.. dude.. I gave you the surprise so my gift is cancelled. here's your gift from my baby."
"A pearl necklet! Thanks Code!"
"Ta.. happy birthday.. I wish you all the happiness.." Luke said while handing me a bouquet of chocolates wrapped in flowers.
"I'm so happy today.. I kinda forgot about my birthday. Even after going back to London I didn't celebrate my birthday except from my parents. Though Barcode never missed to wish me. Today this surprise is the best thing I've got. Thank you guys!"
A group hug made me feel calmed down.
"There's one more thing I want to tell you.. Ta.. please give me a chance.."
Luke kneeled down with a red rose.
"Ta... Please be my friend forever!"
"Are you proposing me indirectly?!"
"Whatever you called just accept it.."
"Well... It's..."
"Ta.. stop stuttering and accept it." Fen said.
I smiled then accept his rose.
He grabbed my waist. I wasn't expecting this.
"Luke.. it's.."
"Just let things happen as it's going... Let's dance.. Can you hold me?"
Fen and Code also gave me consent. I hold on to his shoulder. As he moved closer I can feel his breathing on my neck.
A few moments passed holding each other. I don't know what's wrong with them? And what's wrong with me?
Luke pulled my chin up.
"Ta.. just do what I say.. kiss Luke!"
"What?!"
I'm taken aback by Fen's word.
"Ta.. do it!" Barcode also insisted.
Luke suddenly push his lips. Our lips slightly met. I'm too confused to do anything.
I felt a strong hand pulled me out of Luke's grip.
"P'Mile!!"

Mile dragged out Ta and left everyone speechless. They look at each other then smile.
"Yeah!! Our plan worked! Finally for God's sake that old man made a move! I'm sure tonight they'll confess." Fen exclaimed.
"Ohh! I hope now they're gonna solve everything. I wish I could see them confess!" Said Barcode with a smile.
Luke is staring at the way Mile is dragging Ta. He just smiled.
"Ahem! Dude.. you ok?"
"Huh?! Yeah absolutely! Finally Ta's gonna be happy. Thanks to you guys.. at least I got to kiss Ta for once!"
"Dude... You're too whipped! We can't count that as a kiss but as you say so. Don't worry we'll find another one for you! Now let them have their moments." Fen consoles his friend.
"Hey... What about that snake? What if she disturbed them?" Luke asked.
"No chance... we already mixed sleeping drugs in her food. By this time she's already sleeping like a dead dog." Barcode explained.
"Woohoo.. that's sick! Good job! let's go have a party. It's a friends club's victory!"
They went to have some drinks.

P'Mile said nothing but kept dragging me outta here. His grip is strong enough as it's hurting my wrist.
"P'Mile!!! What the hell are you doing?! Let me go! It hurts!.. I said LET GO!!"
I forcefully pulled my hand outta his grip.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!"
"What's wrong with me?! What's wrong with you?! What were you doing?!"
"Can't you see... I was celebrating my birthday."
"But... Like that! Did he propose to you?!"
".... Yeah he did. What's your problem?!"
"I do have a problem! You can't do this!"
"Don't raise your voice at me! Who are you?! Just go back to your wife and leave me alone!!"
"YOU SAID YOU LOVE ME!! THEN HOW CAN YOU LET SOMEONE ELSE KISS YOU!!! CAN'T YOU SEE I'M HURT! I CAN'T TAKE THIS!!"
He screamed.
"....."
He left me speechless.
