Jungkook rolled over his bed groaning lowly under his breath, eyes shut, feeling how his head ached deeply, pumping over and over again in the few seconds he'd been awake. His eyes shot open as he now laid on top of the old mattress of his house, wrapped around some kind of sheet around his lower body, covered in his underwear. His eyes analysed the ceiling, recalling the events of the night before.
He'd been really drunk. He couldn't almost recall how the hell he'd been going to his house in the end. A quick look around told him there had not been anyone there for the night, something he really had to be careful. He'd always lose his mind when he was drunk and having some random woman curling up at his "bed" wasn't surely something he could afford at the moment.
He was in the middle on a mission.
Sitting up, he ruffled his hair with his hand, eyes half shut, feeling the need for some water. With a swear, he got up and managed to move across the almost empty room, towards the main area, where the kitchen and living room were, aiming for some meds. As soon as he stepped on the room, his feet stopped against the wooden floor.
Familiar eyes met his across the room 'You look terrible' his voice came out low and calm, as he comfortably sat on his couch, one leg crossed upon another. His eyes squinted, even if just a bit, surprised by his sudden appearance.
'How did you get inside?'
'Well, it's not hard to break that thousand year old door' he slightly chuckled, glancing at the old front door of his apartment, before analyzing him, up and down 'Besides' he finally looked at him in the eyes, as he stood, just in front of the door of the bedroom 'I have a spare key, remember?'
'Sure' Jungkook shrugged, trying not to look too interested. He knew his role and he knew how to act around him to get what he wanted. He simply stepped in the direction of the kitchen, calmly, apparently bored, grabbing a glass of water and letting it sink into his body.
Hoseok followed him straight away, his steps heavy and angry, showing the true feelings behind the calmness of his voice and expression 'What are you doing? Have you lost your mind?'
He took a breath, managing to hide his smirk before turning to his old trainer, facing how he look distressed, almost worried 'Should I know what you mean?'
'I told you to be careful. To stay away from those people, especially from her'
'Yeah, I didn't feel like following the rules anymore' he said back, uninterested, leaning against the marble of the old counter.
'This is not a fucking game' Hope said, his two new steps even heavier than before. His eyebrows were furrowed and his jaw was tense 'This is serious shit happening Kook' his hand brushed against his face, a sigh escaping his lips 'Fuck, if you only knew'
'Then tell me' he let out, voice sharp, insisting. The elder turned his face, faced his expression carefully. He didn't know the consequences of what it meant telling him the truth, the whole truth. Jungkook could sense that. Could see the change on his expression, the sudden softness of his gaze, the way his shoulders seemed tense and how his breath had changed.
There was something fucked up behind his tongue. Something he would never expect to hear.
Something that changed his life

Her eyes shot open suddenly, to the blasting sound echoing around the room. Her body sat up instantly and her breath itched as it felt like a gun had just been shot.
Her eyes scanned the room, her heart beating quickly, surprised about the noise.
It had only been the window bumping against the wall, moved by the wind.
