"Eternal dragon! By your name I summon you forth! Shenron!"

The seven dragon balls erupted in a golden light, swirling into the sky. This was only Shin's third time seeing the dragon arise - once as Kibito Kai, and once when the two Kai's had unfused - and he was still astonished at how big the dragon was. He gulped but didn't allow his instincts to make him back up.

"Speak now, and I will grant your wish." the dragon boomed. Goku's grin never went away when he said, "I wish I had my Saiyan tail back!" He glanced at Shin with a wink, and Shin raised a brow. "What was that about?" he thought.

"It shall be done." Shenron answered as the seven dragon balls lit up and a beam of light shot towards Goku. Shin leaned back and glanced at the Saiyan's newfound tail, still at a loss for words at how the dragon worked. "Wow, It's back!" Goku beamed. "Isn't it cool, Supreme Kai?" he asked as he held up the end of his tail. Shin gripped it lightly, feeling the muscles move under his fingers. "Yes, it is, but isn't it a great weakness?" Shin asked. Goku shrugged and mentioned, "Well, only if someone gets a hold of it." Shin tilted his head and asked, "Like I have right now?" Goku hummed in question and looked down at Shin's hand which gripped the Saiyan's tail gently. Goku was surprised at the tenderness in the hold and smiled at the Kai, until Shin squeezed the Saiyan's tail and watched him wither to his knees. "Alright, I got it." Goku whispered. His tail was the most sensitive part of his body now, and it was an Achilles heel for him with how much it hurt to be squeezed. "Please let go." the Saiyan gasped. Shin dropped the tail and apologized, helping Goku up.

"Now for your second wish." the dragon called. Goku smiled and looked over at Shin. "Wanna make a wish?" he asked. Shin shook his head and backed up. "Come on! Don't you have something you'd like to wish for?" Goku asked again. Shin shook his head once more and smiled. "No thank you, these wishes are important." Goku nodded and turned back to the dragon with a hint of something in his eye. "Suit yourself, I'll just make one for you." Shin looked at Goku in a question, and Goku shouted up at the dragon, "Shenron! I wish the Supreme Kai from our universe was half Saiyan!" Shin's eyes widened, "What!?" and he was about to protest when he felt a change in his body. Not long after, he felt a sudden shock and looked behind him, seeing Goku hold up something furry and white. Shin glanced down and saw that, that furry white thing was sprouting out of him, extending from behind him. "What did you do to me!?" Shin exclaimed as he clutched his new tail to himself. "Lighten up, Supreme Kai. I'm going to teach you how to become a Super Saiyan!" Goku said determined. "So that's your plan. I was wondering why you wanted Supreme Kai." Vegeta said.

"Wait, a what!? I didn't ask to- to... to be one of you!" Shin shouted accusingly. Goku raised a brow. "Are you racist against Saiyans or something?" he pouted. "Change me back right now!" Shin demanded. "That is an order!" Goku couldn't help but tease with a chuckle. "Sorry! Can't." he said as he pointed up at Shenron. "Thanks Shenron! We'll save the last wish!" Shenron retreated back into the dragon balls and they spread out, zooming off into the sky.

Shin stood in shock, blush painting his face as Goku smiled down at him. "Don't you just love the tail!" He grabbed Shin's tail and swished it back and forth. "It's white too! Just like your hair. I wasn't expecting that." Goku chuckled.

"Goku, don't you think asking would've been the right thing?" Shin asked exasperatedly. Goku grinned. "But guess what, now you'll have higher potential, and you'll grow stronger as you train and fight. Weren't you having trouble training before? Because Kai's aren't meant for fighting?" he pointed out. Shin huffed and mumbled, "I guess it's not a bad idea..."

"See? But don't worry, you're still half Kai, so you can still do your job, and after all of this is over, if you still want me to wish you back, then I will."

Shin sighed, tugging his tail from Goku. "Fine..."

"Woohoo!" Goku exclaimed jumping up, then grabbing Shin's arm and dragging him to the time chamber. "Let's go train! I can't wait to see what you can do!"

Gohan smiled as he watched them go. He knew Shin didn't give up no matter what he was through, remembering how he himself had been knocked unconscious just from one of Buu's hits, but Shin had kept coming back up. "Good luck you two."
