Peacemaker shot up from his bed. Ever so carefully, he waltzed out of his room and made his way down the hall and into his mother's room. She was sleeping on her leafy bed with her snout tucked under her wing. It was Suntime so there were little to no dragons flying outside which meant the Rainforest was calm and quiet.

That just made Peacemaker worry more.

Gently, he shook her awake. "Mom. Mom wake up."

He knew something wasn't right.

Peacemaker kept looking out windows as he walked and paid close attention to any noise. "Mom!" He whispered a little louder, which caused Hope to stir awake. "Peacemaker? What's wrong..." She yawned and complained that it was still Suntime. Peacemaker just shook his head "something's wrong." He said plainly. "Like what, love?" His mother asked, yawning again and rolling over to get up. "I-I don't know, but it feels like something big is happening."

His wings shivered visibly and he faced the floor "it's like a weird tingling sensation... I don't know how to describe it." "Try," his mother replied calmly. Hope was now becoming concerned. She began to feel it too, like a disturbance in the natural order.

"It feels like someone is about to claw me open."
