The Other Team

unwanted kisses

I walk down the stairs from Jane's bedroom, to where I think is the laundry room. But I pass the kitchen where Joyce and Will are eating pizza. "Oh, hey Max. You leaving already I thought you were gonna stay the night?" Joyce asks me while taking bite out of her pizza. Will gives me a glare. "Yeah max, I thought you were gonna stay the night". "well I have curfew, so i gotta go but it was nice staying." I don't know why I didn't say I was going back to my girlfriends house. Maybe because of will's glare, but i continue to the laundry room to change into my actual clothes.

I then folded Jane's clothes that I was wearing, then set them on top of the dryer. Afterwards, i leave out the front door then make my way to Clarissa's house, which took me way longer then it would've if Jane just drove me but she seemed mad at me so I didn't bother to ask.

I knock on Clarissa's door. "Max! Why are you all sweaty." Clarissa asks. "I had to walk here, don't worry about it" I say while coming inside. "Well go take a shower, please. Do you wanna stay the night?" Clarissa asks me while grabbing my hand. "Sure, but can I go take a shower. I'm really sweaty." I ask. She nods and let's go of my hand.

I scurried up to her bathroom, closing the door behind me then take off my shirt. "what in the hell" I whisper to myself. I traced the road rash with my finger which was definitely  bigger than my palm. Then I take off the band-aid Jane so delicately put on the wound. Then all I can thing about is her hands on my waist. I try not to but the whole shower something just wants to be around Jane, talk with her, take walks with her. 

Afterwards I leave the bathroom. Cleaner then I have been in at least a week. Clarissa then jumps out behind the wall and scares me. "Jeez! you could've killed me" I say with my hand to heart. "Oh, calm down." she then attacks my lips with an aggressive kiss. I kiss back reluctantly. I try to pull away but she pulls me back in. Then leads me to her bedroom. She pins me against the wall, and kisses me harder. I finally get a chance to pull away. Clarissa frowns. "Sorry but i'm just a little tired i don't wanna do that right now." I say walking away from her so she can't just pull me in again. "well we can go to sleep if you want" Clarissa offers. "I mean sure, but where will I sleep" i say trying to get out of sleeping on the same bed with her. Who knows what she'll do to me. "on the bed with me, sillie!" she says while climbing onto her bed while dragging me on.

She puts her arms around my waist and pulls me into her. I can only think of Jane now. thinking back to the first time we met.
