Callie Merrick never realized just how much things would change after the storm had hit the OBX. Most of it, she thought she could live with, but now they were stranded on a deserted island. JJ was completely loving it, feeling in his element away from all of the problems that had come with being back home. Callie, not so much.
She enjoyed being with her friends and the freedom, but she missed being home - no matter the state she had left it in. Callie wondered what they were thinking, or if they were even looking for her. She wouldn't blame them if they weren't.
Callie had tried to find a way off of the island but to no avail. All she could do now was survive long enough to get home.
So. . . to going full Pogue.
