"Get every made man in Las Vegas to hunt Carmine down." I ordered. "I'm going to make him regret ever being born."
I was seething. No one hurts my woman and gets to live with it in peace. My phone started to ring. I immediately picked it up.
"Hello." I barked into the phone.
"Nino, this is Dean, Hope's brother. I arranged a jet for you to reach here. I've forwarded the location. The jet will be there in two hours time." The voice on the other end spoke.
"I'll be there. Thanks Dean." I calmed down knowing I'll soon be there, right next to Hope.
After I hung up on Dean, I added his contact into my phone, in case I needed to contact him for something.
"Give me any details you get on Carmine. I'm heading to Bleakstorm Island. Hope's brother arranged a jet for me to get there. I'll be back only after she's recovered and I'll bring her with me. Any issues?"
"Nope. Fina will be overjoyed to have her come back here." Remo replied while Savio just shook his head indicating he's got no objections.
I nodded. "And Savio whatever you told hope that got her to leave. Never repeat that again. She might not look it but she's rather sensitive. I'll defend her even if it means going against you to do it. One day when you fall in love you'll understand."
Savio mumbled an apology. "I just wasn't sure if she was plotting to destroy us as an undercover from the outfit." Savio said, avoiding eye contact.
"If she were, she would've handed me over straight to Dante after kidnapping me. In which case I wouldn't even be alive now. She also wouldn't have saved Adamo and stayed with him all night to make sure no one hurt him. She would never have convinced Serafina of coming her with the kids. Dante and his family hates her. They spread false rumours about her and try to keep her as far away from fina as possible. She's not our enemy Savio. She'll put her life on the line to protect her family. That is if we make her feel like she's family. She left thinking that most people here don't like and accept her. She left to give you guys some 'much needed space'."
Savio and Fabiano both avoided eye contact with me. "I'll apologize to her when she comes back." Savio said.
I nodded before heading to load my car with my luggage. Once i was done I hugged my brothers goodbye. I turned on the GPS and made my way towards the location Dean sent.
The jet was already waiting for me when I arrived. I immediately climbed in and they took off. The pilot informed me we'd reach in three to four hours.
I decided I'd nap for some time so I can stay awake when I meet Hope.
When I woke up. The sky was dark. It seemed past midnight. I inquired how much longer it would take to reach Bleakstorm Island to which he replied that we'd land in roughly 20 minutes.
