Cody walked into the gym and saw Noah sitting next to Justin and Sierra sitting not far from them.

Sierra noticed him first and called out his name, getting Noah's attention.

Noah just looked at him and then looked away.

"Come sit next to me, Cody!" Sierra called out.

Cody frowned at Noah who pretended not to see him and sat next to Sierra.

"You're not mad at him, are you?" Justin asked Noah.

"No... but I keep upsetting him. I don't know what I'm doing wrong." Noah admit.

"Heehee! I'm so happy you're sitting next to me instead of that jerk, Noah!"

"Don't say that! Noah is not a jerk..." Cody told her.

"Whatever. The important thing is that you chose me!"

Cody rolled his eyes.

....

Later on, most of them were doing stuff while Noah and Justin were sitting on the bench.

"Stupid, right?" Justin said to Noah.

"Makes no sense." Noah agreed.

Cody eyed them for a bit before walking over.

"Noah..?"

Noah got up and hid behind the bench.

"Oh..." Cody said.

"He thinks he's helping." Justin said with a little laugh.

"Huh?"

"He's trying to avoid hurting you." Justin elaborated.

"What..?" Cody said in confusion before going to where Noah was hiding. "Noah!"

Noah flinched and widened his eyes.

"Are you stupid? You think avoiding me is gonna fix things?"

"But... you're mad at me."

"Yeah, you're supposed to apologize not make me even more mad..." Cody complained.

"Apologize..?"

"Yeah. Go ahead."

"How do I...?" Noah started, looking around before going closer to Cody and headbutting him.

"What are you doing?" Cody asked.

"Is this not enough?" Noah wondered before he started nuzzling the other.

Cody tried not to, but ended up smiling and laughing a bit.

"It worked." Noah smiled at Cody with their heads very close.

Cody blushed and stared at the other.

Noah stared back.

Cody slowly leaned closer.

Noah widened his eyes a bit.

They were suddenly interupted by a gasp.

They both quickly turn their heads and see Sierra with her mouth wide open.

Noah glared at her while Cody was in his thoughts.

"What were you two doing just now??" She asked.

"None of your business." Noah said before going over to her.

"Why were you alone in the corner like that?? You're hiding something!" Sierra accused.

"We were just hiding from you." Noah said rudely.

The two argued while Cody stayed there, staring off into nothing.

.
.
.

"Don't forget, test is tomorrow. If you fail, I won't let you redo it. So you better study." Blaineley told them.

"We should do a study group!" Sierra said, mostly to Cody.

Cody didn't answer.

"Cody??"

He snapped out of his thoughts. "Huh? What?"

"I said let's all study together!"

"Oh, uh..." Cody glanced at Noah before looking away. "I think I'd rather study by myself."

Noah raised an eyebrow.

"What??" Sierra was in disbelief.

"Sorry, I study better when I'm alone." Cody said with a nervous smile before quickly dropping it.

"Fine... I just wanted some extra help. You know, since It's literally my second day."

Cody didn't answer.

She glared a bit. "Whatever... I guess I'll fail."

He still didn't answer.

She groaned and left.

Justin and Trent walked by.

"You need any help studying, Cody?" Trent asked.

"No, thank you. I'd really like to study alone." He repeated.

"I thought you were just saying that to get rid of her." Trent admit. "But that's fine. Call us if you need anything."

They both left.

Soon everyone was leaving.

Cody wasn't paying much attention so when he thought everyone left, he dropped his head on the table.

"You okay?" He heard.

He quickly lifted his head and turned around and saw that Noah was still sitting behind him.

It was just the two of them.

"I thought you left..." Cody said awkwardly.

"Why would I leave without you?" Noah asked, tilting his head.

Cody looked away shyly.

"I know you lied to everyone. You're really bad at studying." Noah told him.

"Yeah, I guess you would know..." Cody smiled shyly.

Noah smiled at him. "Shall we go?"

"Oh- uh- t-together? Right now??" Cody got nervous.

"What's wrong with you?" Noah wondered.

"I'm sorry... I just can't stop thinking about what happened earlier." Cody admit.

"We shouldn't have done that..." Noah agreed.

"What..?" Cody looked at him in shock.

"It was wrong." Noah said.

"You think so...?" Cody frowned.

"Obviously... we won't do it again. At least I won't."

Cody nodded, trying to keep a smile but was badly holding back tears.

"You okay..?" Noah asked.

Cody broke down. "I'm sorry you hated it so much!!" He ran away.

"Huh..?"
