    Morticia sees Wednesday coming down the stair case
    MORTICIA
    Wednesday... this was not what I expected?
    WEDNESDAY
    Do I look good?
    MORTICIA
    Yes always. But what happened to the dress I got you?
    Wednesday gestures behind her to Enid
    MORTICIA
    Oh I see...
    She calls up to Enid, who is struggling to master the steps in a ball gown
    MORTICIA
    You look stunning Enid!
    Enid smiles. Thing grabs her dress and pulls it tight, lifting it slightly down every step
    ENID
    Thank you Mrs Addams. You've changed it up I see! I love the new necklace that you've worn with your long black sleek number
    She eyes Wednesday who's trying to hold in a smile
    MORTICIA
    Never change something that isn't broken Enid
    They reach the bottom of the stairs and Enid grabs Wednesdays arm and hooks her arm through it
    ENID
    Time to go meet the in-laws
    They walk into the ballroom and it is filled with a menagerie of people. Enid shallows but Wednesday gives her arm a squeeze and they walk forwards
    WEDNESDAY
    Let's start easy, I know you haven't officially met my Uncle... but he's the best Addams you'll ever meet
    ENID
    I doubt that
    FESTER
    Wednesday! Looking mighty dapper sir!
    He tips his imaginary hat at Wednesday
    WEDNESDAY
    Fester, this is my date Enid
    FESTER
    Ah yes Enid. We haven't officially met but I was hiding in your room one time. Behind your bed, under your stuffed animals... good times
    Enid has a concerned face but Fester puts his hand out which Enid takes. She immediately gets an electric shock and her body naturally reacts by extending her claws
    FESTER
    HAHA! That's some trick you got there! Ever stabbed Wednesday with those?
    ENID
    No
    FESTER
    Step up your game Wednesday. Can't be out here dressed like a gentleman if you can't make your girl extend her claws
    Enid looks horrified but Wednesday smiles at him
    WEDNESDAY
    Fester... and where is your date?
    FESTER
    A great question! I put her somewhere and now I can't find her
    ENID
    What do your mean "put her somewhere"
    FESTER
    She's not really able to move around much on account of being a little... not bodied
    ENID
    Do you mean she's not able bodied?
    FESTER
    No she's very able she just doesn't have a body
    Enid's face drops and she quickly finds Wednesdays eye. Wednesday is still smiling
    WEDNESDAY
    So if I see a lost looking head I'll send her your way
    FESTER
    Please do! Catch you later Wednesday... Enid...
    He does a little bow and walks off with a smile on his face. Enid turns to Wednesday
    ENID
    If she's just a head... how is she able?
    Fester calls from across the room
    FESTER
    Every holes a goal Enid!!
    Enid raises an eyebrow and glances at Wednesdays smiling face
    ENID
    I can see why he's your favourite. He's more unhinged than you are
    A tall ghost like looking man pushes through the crowd
    UNCLE SVENGHOULI
    Dearest Wednesday! What has it been 5 years?! You haven't grown at all!
    He pulls her in for a hug. He can't see Wednesdays face of disgust but Enid can, she stifles a laugh

    Enid looks at Wednesday who gives her a knowing nod, Enid smiles
