I can't sleep because I kept on thinking about her. I was so worried about Yoko earlier when she refuses to talk to me. I knew I must've tease her too much that's why she doesn't want to talk to me. So I went to her apartment and fix it. I told her I'll stay with her until she fell asleep and I did. But she refuse to let me go and told me to stay. Who am I to decline her offer? I loved the idea of sleeping beside her.
When Yoko told me to stay, I didn't say anything and kissed her head and continue reading then I felt her nestle into me. When I confirmed that she's already fast asleep. I stopped reading and just enjoy the moment. I hugged her tightly and look into her gorgeous face wishing that I can sleep beside her all the time.
I was woken up by a call from my mom asking me where I was. And I told her that I'm Yoko's unit. She didn't believe it at first until Yoko talked. ''Beb lower your voice please I'm still sleepy'' I told her I'm sorry and went outside her bedroom. My mom was mad earlier because she thought I went out cos when the driver came earlier no one answered at my apartment. I just made up and excuse that we talked about the upcoming vacation and I am too lazy to go to my unit. She laugh at what I said and told me I never liked staying at a friend's house and asked what changed. I just told her people change. She laughs again this time and tease me about Yoko, I just ignored her and told her I have to go cos I will go back to my apartment. We bid goodbye and ended the call.
I return to Yoko's room to get the book and tell her I'm going. But as soon as I sat at the bed she held my waist and asked me lay down again. I look at the clock and it's only 7 in the morning. I usually wake up at 6. Maybe that's why mom checked up on me. I lay beside Beb and she immediately engulf me in a hug. I just smiled and held her while I browse some places we could go on our trip.
I was busy with my phone when Beb touch my face. She was smiling at me. What a good morning I said to myself. I ask her what she'd like for breakfast. She shake her head telling me she don't know. I told her we could go out and get some breakfast somewhere or I can cook whatever is in her fridge. She choose to stay so I stood up went to check her fridge and I there's a lot in it so I choose to cook fried rice, sunny side up eggs I made 2 just in case she didn't like it well done, some hotdogs and bacon.
After I'm finished with everything including her favorite drink. I went to her room and found her sleeping again. I woke her up cos its already 9 in the morning and I have to go somewhere. She didn't want to stand up. So I brought the food inside her room. When she smelled the food she quickly sat on her bed. I laugh cos she's hilarious. I teasingly ask her if she wants me to feed her but she pouts cos she knows I'm teasing her and she pick up the spoon and fork and start eating. I was about to put take a bite of my food when she held her spoon to my face asking me with her eyes to eat. I ate it and smiled.
We continue eating like we're a couple and when we finish, we clean up the mess cos technically we're a mess cos Yoko keeps on dropping her food. When she finished washing the dishes I told her I need to go cos I'm meeting a friend. She looked saddened but immediately smile and said I could go. I hugged her before I went and get my things in her room but before coming inside I ask for permission which I earn a nod.
I was meeting my friend Becky cos apparently, she just found out that I was hospitalized again. I became her friend when I was about to leave Lertprasert cos I manage to save enough money to open my café. She was my replacement and I taught her some of the basics including my specials. But now she chose to manage the restaurant cos she can have more time with her girlfriend.
We met at the mall cos she said she wants to look for a gift for her for their first year anniversary. I asked what her girlfriend like. She like simple things such as handmade gifts, letters and flower she said. So I look at her as if telling her that she already have the perfect gift. She smiled and hugged me. Telling me I'm the best. I laugh and we went to the nearest store where we can buy some art materials for her handmade gift and letter.
After we bought the materials. We ate at the nearest restaurant cos we are both hungry af. Cos she was taking so much time picking in between designs of the paper and color. While eating she ask me about work which I said I am not allowed to do for now. She laugh and told me that's the right punishment for being workaholic. Then she asks me about what I'm going to do for now. I told her I am going on a trip with a friend.
She ask me whose friend cos she knew I only have few of them. Most of them were not here in the Philippines. I told her a new friend. She tease me that it's my boyfriend. I told her it's not and it is a girl. She continue teasing and told me that it's my girlfriend. I just laugh at her. She keeps on insisting on meeting my friend but I told her soon.
After eating we went to the flower shop we saw at the mall and ordered a simple but gorgeous bouquet. We pay and we went outside. We were about to part ways cos Becky needs to start on doing her handmade gift. She hugged me and I hugged her back when I saw Yoko from a far looking at me. She smiled and went with that girl Freen. I was dumbfounded but choose to just forget about it and went to my parents' home.
We had dinner and we were talking happily until they ask me about Yoko. I frown at the name but immediately force a smile. My mom noticed it and ask me why. I can't hide anything from my parents. So I told them about my feelings about Yoko. I was scared to open up cos about it cos this is going to be the first time in my almost 30 years of existence that I fell in love.
They're happy for me but I can sense that there is something that they are not telling me. They just tell me to enjoy my time with her. I felt something wrong with what they said but didn't say anything. I told them I'm going to stay at the condo cos our flight tomorrow is in the morning. I kissed them and drive my way home.
