I woke up not feeling my arm cos Yo slept all thru the night using my arm as her pillow while hugging me. To be honest I didn't get enough sleep. I'm just watching her. She looks like a baby hugging its favorite stuff toy. Well she's my baby. She's so cute.
I let Yo sleep some more. I stood up and grab my phone and call Chet to ask about the Company and Café. He ignored my questions and told me that he'll tell mom that I'm working again. I snickered and just ask him to deliver some food here for breakfast. He just said that mom and dad are already on the way to bring some food and to take me home. I said okay and ended call.
I sat beside Beb and just looking at her when all of a sudden her phone rings. I look at it and saw Freen. It has a picture on it and it's the same girl that she met on the café. I woke Yo to tell her that someone's calling. She told me to answer the phone and continue sleeping so I answer the call.
When I answer the call I greet the person. Which confused her maybe because it's not Yo but still she said Hello and ask for Yo. I told her that Yo is sleeping so I answered the phone. She ask my name and I gave it to her. She just want me to relay a message to Yo to call her as soon as possible. Then she bid her goodbye.
I decided to wake up Yo cos any minute now mom and dad will come. We need to fix our things before being discharge. I was tapping her chubby cheeks till she open her eyes. She smiled at me and said good morning. But she suddenly cover her mouth and said sorry. I was confused so ask her why? She said morning breath and stood up and went to the bathroom. I laugh out loud and I hear her groan inside. So cute.
After her morning routine. We were fixing our things. Mostly mine when my mom and dad came inside the room. We didn't notice it at first and continue packing. She called me beb and ask if I saw the bookmark when I read the book. I told her it's in the drawer. She stood up and that's when she saw my parents standing on the doorway. She greets them good morning po and that's when I notice that my parents are already here. I stood up and kiss them.
Dad greets Yo while mom is only looking at her. I took Yo's hand and bring her in front of my parents. I introduce her to my parents and told them that Yo is the one looking after me and be the one to accompany me when I go on a vacation. My mom thanked her and ask Beb if that's okay with her. Cos a month is a long time. She said that its okay cos it's already school break. Both of my parents are confused and ask if Yo is still a student. I laugh and elbowed Yo to answer them. She explained that she's a high school teacher and school year has already ended. They now smile and apologize for misunderstanding.
My parents went out to check on the discharge papers and while they are out. I told Yo about the call earlier and what the caller said. Since we're done with our things she excuse herself and went outside to call her.
My parents came back and they are talking. I heard my mom said that Yo's face is familiar and she can't remember when and where she saw her. They ask me beb's surname and when I said I don't know. They seem confuse so they ask me how I met Yo. I was flustered but still answered them honestly. They laugh and tease me. Saying because I am workaholic I can only find friends online. But they said they are grateful because I found someone this great. I just smiled
When I was about to go outside I heard Yo saying I love you too on her phone. I stopped and close the door again but she's already holding the door. She just smiled like always and I smile back even if it's forced. I told her that we're going. She went inside to get our things but I told her that the driver already took all the belongings to the car. She just shrugged and led me out. We went to the parking lot and was about to get in the car when she said that she brought her bike with her. My mom insisted that she ride with us and take her home so as her things. She said it's fine that she's also meeting someone.
We agreed to just bring her things on her condo. She left and we saw her riding her bike. I smiled cos her bike is the same as mine. Just different color. My mom said if she remembers correctly you have the same at home right? I said yes. She looked confuse and I don't know why but I shrugged and just put my ear buds on and listen to music.
When we arrive home I told the driver to put Yo and I's things in my room. I messaged Yo that we're already home and text me if she's home too. I went to our garden and saw my dog. I hugged and kiss it cos I miss my baby. After almost an hour of playing I decided to go to my room and take a bath.
After taking a bath I decided to read a book and because I was so engrossed in reading I didn't notice that I received lots of texts and call from Beb until Chet knocked on my door and ask me if I'm okay. I was confused and told him that we just got home from the hospital and I am good.
He said that Yo is calling me for almost an hour now and I am not answering. I look at my phone and I didn't notice that it's on silent. I answered the call and I can hear from how Yo talked that she's worried. I explained to her what happened. She said she was about to come here at our house. Luckily she has Chet's number. I apologized and told her to rest. She said goodbye but before I ended the call she suddenly ask me what time and where are we going to meet tomorrow. I said I'll go pick her up at her place to bring her belongings and we can go together. She said okay and will message me the address we ended the call.
After the call. I look at Chet whose smiling at me weirdly. I shooed him and close the door and continue reading my book.
