Faye's POV
I woke up feeling a little better. But the first thing I saw was white ceiling. I groan thinking that it happen again. I was so mad at myself for over working but this is my nature. I can't stay still. I can't sit around and do nothing I might go insane. I was taken away by my thoughts when I felt a movement next to me. And there I saw Yo sleeping in the chair holding my hand. I smiled because this is the first time I felt her hand into mine. Because it's still dark outside. I decided to rest more.
I woke up when I felt the sun into my face and few minutes later Chet walk into the room. He was shocked to see me sitting at the bed. I told her to lower his voice cos Yo is still sleeping. The bed is wide enough for two persons so I let go of Yo's hand ask Chet to transfer Yo into the bed. He smiled and slowly lift Yo next to me. I get a little jealous cos Chet is smiling while holding Yo. But I ignored it.
While Chet and I are talking about what happen Yo suddenly hugged my lower abdomen like a kid hugging its favourite teddy bear. I just smiled while looking at her. When suddenly. I heard continuous sound of shutter and flash. That's when I saw Yo open her eyes. I was smiling at her and she just look at me with a shocking expression. She abruptly stand up and apologize for what happen. She looked at me almost crying then she hugged me.
Yo and I are talking. She said she misses me and she's mad at me at because I didn't take good care of me. They explain to me what happen. Which I already know cos this is not the first. I was just ashamed that it happen again. And both of them witnessed it. I was trying to avoid it as much as possible because I know Kuya will be worried and mad at the same time.
I checked my phone to see any emails regarding work and the café. I found out that's it's already 10am in the morning so I ask her if she have class today. Sadly she had. So I told Yo to take a bath so that she can go to her classes.
While Yo is talking a bath Chet and I talked about Yo and I relationship and he also told me that I am not allowed to go to work or café for the meantime. I ask him how long and he said at least two weeks. I told him that's not possible because the café needs to be monitored daily. He said he'll be in charge of it for now. Then I ask him what am I going to do for two weeks? He said I need a vacation and should ask Yo about.
When Yo finish taking a bath. She heard what kuya said to ask her. And kuya told her if she can accompany me on a vacation. She ask when and where. I didn't know where so I just look at them. I'll think about it later. Then Yo said she needs to go cos today is the final exam and we'll talk later.
After Chet and Yo walk out of the door. I was reminded by what happen earlier. I saw Yo sitting beside my bed asleep holding my hands. I smiled just by remembering what happened earlier. But I suddenly gets sad when I remember how Chet and Yo talk to each other. They seem close but they barely knew each other. Maybe something happen while I was asleep.
I saw a book on the bedside table. I look confuse cos I don't think I have this book on my library. But still decided to read it so that I can take my mind of the two. When Chet came inside the room. He ask me if I have something in my mind for the vacation. I said I think I'll just stay home and read some books. He took the book in my hand and put it in the table again.
F - Hey. Can't you see I'm reading?
C - I know. But I'm talking to you. What's wrong you look down?
F - Nothing. I'm just tired.
C - I know somethings bothering you. Tell me sis.
F - Do you like Yo?
C - What the hell sis. What kind of question is that.
F - Why are you so close with her?
C - I like her ....
F - What?!
C - Chill sis. Let me finish. I like her for you. I want to get to know her.
F - Hmm. I'm jealous.
C - You don't have to be jealous because of me. I don't like her like that.
F - Okay.
C - I think you should talk to her.
F - About?
C - Your feelings for her.
F - How?
C - Ask her to accompany you on a vacation. Just enjoy your time with her and tell her then what you feel about her.
F - I don't know where.
C - You can go to Paris, Greece, Singapore, Japan, SoKor or Thailand? Or you want to stay here in the Philippines. Try the beaches. Boracay or Palawan. Up to you.
F - I'll ask Yo later if ever she can come to me. I hope she can.
C - Okay sis. For now take a rest. I need to go. Dad and Mom are already on the parking lot. Just to warn you.
F - Why?
C - You know why Sis. Be ready for an earful. Haha Bye sis love you. See you later.
F - Bye. Take Care Kuya.
Mom and Dad came and just like what Chet said. I really do receive an earful. Haha. I was told to take my time off. Mom said I will not step a foot in the company or café for a month. I was about to argue but when I look at Dad he's shaking his head signaling not to start with my Mom. I remember not to mess with her so I just shut my mouth and nod.
We talked and they said I should go somewhere far for a while so that I can properly relax and replenish my energy. I told them I'll talk to my friend so that I am not alone. They agreed and bid their goodbye. I waited for Yo to come so that I can talk to her.
While waiting for her. I continue reading the book. The story is good but a bit dull but still I finished it. After that I took a nap cos I don't have anything else to do.
