I went to our company early to hand over the documents that Dad needed. I don't want people in the company to see me. Actually, aside from owning my Blank café.
I am also the CEO of our company. I am the one handling our company here in the Philippines but few people know me. Only the investors, partners and my secretary know about me because I don't want to be surrounded by cameras whenever I did or will do something. While Chet handles our company in the states without issues. He loves publicity unlike me haha.
It's just me and Chet. He's two years older than me. But if you look at us, it's like I'm the eldest. Why? Because he's the clingy one while I am the strong independent one. Well to be fair.
We're both independent, it just happens that I'm braver than him. Some say I am the Black sheep of the family, I don't deny it, but I proved them wrong because even if I do some stupid things in my life. I have never embarrassed our family.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude back when I was college and I worked for a year in a five star Restaurant to earn and open my very own Coffee shop. I did it all by myself without even asking for anything to my parents.
My parents are very proud of my achievements that's why they wanted me to be the CEO of our company. Aside from my degree in culinary arts. I also took Business Administration Major in Operations Management with flying colors.
My parents are very proud of us. Because we didn't give them headaches while we were growing up. Unlike some rich spoiled brats who know nothing but rely on their parents' money. Sorry not sorry. Just stating facts.
After my visit to the company, I went straight to the café cos I am already tired explaining to my dad and secretary that I can't attend the meeting this afternoon. Because of what happened I forgot that I am still wearing my office attire which consists of white dress and high heels.

My staff and other customers are amazed by my appearance. I forgot that no one in the café knows about me being the CEO. Only my trusted friends know about it. I went straight to the counter to help because there were people ready when Yoko suddenly came and approached the counter.
I just smiled. I was about to put in her order because I knew what she would order but I was surprised when she ordered something different. She ordered plain black coffee to go. She paid and waited for it. After I made her coffee and called her name. She thanked me and went out of the shop. She usually stays to chat but I guess she's mad at me. I want to talk to her but there's a lot of customers. I'll just message her later.
Yoko's POV
I went straight home after I got my coffee. I want to stay. When I saw Faye, I couldn't talk to her. He suddenly didn't reply to my message last night after she saw it. Besides, what the fudge. She's so hot earlier. Maybe if I stayed there, I wouldn't be able to do the assigned jobs and I would just watch her. She is very beautiful. Away from her usual pants and polo. She's wearing a freaking dress. She's really a GODDESS. I think I'm really falling for her.
As soon as I reach my condo. I received a call from my mom. Reminding me to cancel all my plans two months from now because there's still a lot of things to do about the wedding. You want to know whose wedding? Mine. I am in an arranged marriage. One of the reason why I can't fall for Faye.
