Skylar begins to wonder if he should stop this. The risk may be too high, and it's not like he's particularly known for having good self control. Maybe he should just tell Ashton he can handle it from here? Yeah, he probably should.
He doesn't.
Skylar is holding his breath. His heart is beating at a pace that's concerning, but his main concern is having a physical reaction to this. He would have no hope of hiding it, Ashton is right there. However, the more Skylar thinks about it, the more his body betrays him. Pretty soon the risk is too high, and Skylar has no choice. He has to do something.
Skylar leans forward way too quickly to be natural, grabbing the portion of the counter between his legs and straightening out his arms. This hides his crotch area behind his forearms, right when the problem starts to become noticeable.
Now he just has to figure a way out of this. That may be more difficult than expected, however, since leaning forward so much has resulted in he and Ashton being far closer than before. This is absolutely not preferable if he wants his pants situation to go back to normal.
"Uh, um, I can— I can handle the rest, you don't have to..." Skylar even sounds nervous, and unfortunately, Ashton is smart. He gets a knowing look to his eye, and Skylar can't make eye contact anymore. "I mean, I got it."Skylar sees Ashton scan his face up and down, from the corner of his eye. He still refuses to look up, and Ash's voice sounds different when he replies. "I'm almost done."
Skylar gulps, and he has no other excuse to get away from this guy. If his mind wasn't going blank from their new proximity, which he really can't do anything about, then he may be able to think of something. However, the last time he was this close to Ashton's face, they were kissing. Seriously, there are hardly inches separating them right now. The only thing he's sure of is that he cannot move his arms, no matter how close Ashton ends up having to get to his face in order to clean and bandage him. Anything is better than him seeing.
Skylar gives him a nod, his heart racing and his cheeks probably beet red. He can feel the heat, there's no way he doesn't look like a firetruck right now.
Ashton continues what he'd been doing before. Luckily Skylar doesn't have any injuries on his inner thighs, so Ashton won't have any need to ask him to move his arms. Skylar really needs to figure out a plan to get out of the situation once Ashton is finished, however. He's not seeing an easy way out, no matter what angle he looks at it. Then again, his brain isn't functioning very well at the moment.
When Ashton begins to clean out the wound that spans to Skylar's hip, he can't help the way his breath catches and his legs twitch. Skylar sees the expression on Ash's face change at the reaction, but he refuses to actually gauge it. He cannot bring himself to look anywhere but Ashton's arms, which are just coincidentally in his line of vision.
"Skylar?"
Skylar can't help the small adrenaline rush he gets at Ashton saying his name. Wow, he really is losing it, huh? Skylar doesn't trust his voice not to stutter, so he just hums in response. Holy shit, can his body please calm down? This is ridiculous.
