I'm crying idk why but it decided they would be in a band last minute as I made a introduction after writing the first 2 parts 😭😭 so I have to add that in somewhere pray for me 😀😀anyhooo let's get into it 

~Lunch~

~Seungmin POV~

As me and Changbin hyung walk to the cafeteria, I can't stop thinking about what he said this morning. I know it meant nothing, but my heart can't help but hope and wish it was real, but deep down I know it will never happen.

We finally make it and walk to our table where the rest are sitting. We start to eat our lunch when Chan starts the conversation to break the silence. "So guys, we have a small gig next month, so that gives us this month to prepare for it. So that means lots of practice. Are you guys free after school to prepare?" Everyone except me and Changbin answers with a yes. "Yes hyung, also what songs are we doing so I can start to prepare them next period?" I say as I look through my song book filled with songs we've done or are potentially doing.

"I was actually told to do whatever. We get an hour or 2 slot, I think. I'll check, but it should give us time to do at least 5 to 9 songs, so you have all the freedom you want with the songs. That's why I need us to meet up so we know what songs right away." Changbin looks at me, then at Chan, and says, "You think it's wise to let Minnie sing like that back to back? It's not good for him." Chan looked at us both, then smiled. "I promise he will be ok, plus I have faith in him. He's come so far. Clearly everyone voted him lead singer for a reason. We'll practice today, and if it's too much, I'll have Innie, Lee Know, and me do some songs so he has some rest, ok?" Chan smiles, and Changbin agrees with his head.

"I already have a song I think we will all agree on. We should do 'Scars.' I know you guys prefer to play the instruments, but Han, Chan, and Binnie hyung did so great writing it, and it's always a fan favorite when we all sing and rap together. What do you think?" I say, and everyone seems to like the idea. "Definitely, I love that idea. Everyone loves that song—especially your solo moment," Chan laughs. "OMG Minnie hyung, you have to do the mic stand part! Everyone loves it and it's like the best part of the song!!!" Jeongin screams, and everyone agreed. I just sit there embarrassed. The mic stand dance was made for the song on accident when we first sang it. I was so excited until Chan and Changbin decided to prank me and tell me I had to do a dance with the mic stand on my solo part. Changbin made up the part, and it ended up going so well with the song it kind of stuck. I was hoping they would forget about it this time around though.

I think while everyone tries to convince me. "I guess, but only because you guys want me to," I say as I sigh and smile.

Time skip

I'm in my 5th period writing down some potential songs and group songs. I was halfway through when I suddenly got a text from Changbin.

Binnie💕 – hey meet me in the bathroom in like 5 minutes!!

Me ~ ummm ok but why don't you have a test this period?

Binnie💕 – uh yea but I finished and I'm bored and I'm ditching the rest please come!??

Me ~ fine I'm coming

Binnie💕 – really dang you freak 🤣

Me ~ eww you're so gross grow up pig

I put my phone down and roll my eyes and go to the bathroom. I take my stuff with me because I already know I'm not returning. As I reach the bathroom, I can feel my heart beating faster and faster.

I open the door. "Binnie hyung?" And before I can even walk all the way in, I'm pulled in, pushed against the door, and I hear it lock. "Changbin, what the hell?" I hiss as my head hits the door. "Sorry sorry, I just wanted to mess with you," he laughs as he pulls me to the floor in the corner of the bathroom. I was in shock and couldn't comprehend what was going on at first until I realized— I looked into his eyes, I knew instantly. "SEO CHANGBIN, are you high right now!!!" I say in the most sincere panicked voice ever. He starts laughing again. "Noooooo~... maybe," he laughs again. "Yes, and maybe a little drunk," he says with a laugh again and starts messing around with my hair. "Omg, how did you even get the stuff for being this— we have practice after school! Chan hyung is going to kill you!!" He starts laughing and calms down a little. "It's ok, Chan will be ok. We all will be ok ~~~" he starts saying, his eyes all bloodshot. We have 2 more classes, so I decide to make him sleep so he can be a little sober before practice.

"Binnie, lay down and sleep a little. Maybe I can keep you from being killed. Just rest for a little, ok?" You can tell he doesn't want to, but he nods his head and lays down on my lap and falls asleep as soon as he hits my legs. "Sleep well, Binnie," I say and kiss his head.

~~ not going to lie I was going to go another direction and maybe have them kiss and confess but it felt like to early so I'm just going to do a small part on how he ended up like this and then do the band practice a short one and maybe I'll start the actual shipping 🫣🫣🤭🤭~~~
