Dusk arrived, and with it came the starry night sky. Aurelia put Willow back into her chest crib and started mapping the celestial orbs with her hands. She measured the stars and followed them like a map until she got her heading.

Aurelia took a deep breath and exhaled calmly through her mouth.

The journey was going to be rough and treacherous. Especially the closer she got to the hidden island. Sea kings in this area were bigger and hungrier for some reason. Which was good for protection against intruders, but not so good for a Lunarian without wings trying to return home with her newborn baby.

"I got this. . . We got this," she affirmed while looking down at Willows' crib.

Rolling up her sleeves, she went to the back of the small ship and stood in front of a little steam engine contraption Maximus made. To use the machine to propel the ship through the dead-wind zone, she placed her hand in it and produced powerful flames. They rolled off her arm in waves, and it made the ship surge forward.

She kept this up and maintained her heading by using her free hand and mapping the stars. She kept her eyes peeled while cutting across the water. She knew sooner or later the sea kings lurking beneath would sense the disturbance. . .

Right on cue, a HUGE sea king erupted behind her dwarf ship. It was purple and yellow striped with a catfish face, reaching far into the sky before coming straight back down with its mouth wide open to swallow her ship.

The Lunarian jumped into action in an instant. With her eyes blazing, she tore her hand from the engine, formed a fist, and then threw a fireball punch. A roaring flame erupted from her fist and went straight into its mouth, instantly cooking it from the inside out. Before it could collapse on top of her, she then propelled the ship forward.

The sea king splashed down behind their ship and created a massive wave. Aurelia kept up her flames, rode the wave, and continued sailing like it was nothing. Meanwhile, in the background, other cannibalistic sea kings started to feast on her kill.

"This is going to be a long night," she sighed.

It was indeed a long night.

The Lunarian mother continued on her heading and encountered more sea kings. Sometimes, three or four would attack at the same time. But she expected nothing less and met each one with a fiery fist.
