I woke due to alarm.I turned off the alarm and stretched my body.I made my bed and did my morning routine and went downstairs to make breakfast. After preparing breakfast I told my stepmom to eat and I also quickly ate my breakfast and left to search for a job praying God to let me find a job today.

I was walking across the street when my eyes fell on a banner on wall, seeing it my eyes shined. It is written that maid job is available in a big house and for more information call,and a mobile number is mentioned in that banner. I took my phone and dailed that number hoping that the maid job is still available, The call connected and a lady in her 40's spoke-"Hello"

"Uhh Hello mam"I spoke .

"Yes.how can I help you?who are you?"

"My name is Yn. Actually I saw a banner that a maid job is available. I called to ask is that job still available mam?"

"Oh yes Yn.That job is available.Also my name kang manwol." That lady spoke.

"Ok Ms.Kang.Can you tell me  more about the job details?"I asked.

"Sure dear.lets meet at the retro cafe near by at 4 pm today. Is that ok for you? we'll discuss about it there"Ms.Kang said.

"It's okay for me Ms Kang. I'll be there at sharp 4 pm then."saying I cut the call and smiled to myself.

Yn pov
Thank God! The job is still available.i hope I will get the job."ohh sh*t"I said as I remember something. I totally forgot about kaira,my friend.yesterday I left without informing her,she might be worried about me as I thought I opened my chats and there are number of messages from her and 15 missed calls from her. I forgot that I put my phone in silent mode.Goshh.
I called her.as soon as she accept my call she asked me nonstop questions where am I?am I safe ? And why I left without informing her?

I apologised her and said "sorry kaira, yesterday boss tried to get physical with me. I slapped him hard and ran away. And I lost the job.so I have searched for a new job and I saw that a maid job was available in a big house.I couldn't ignore it as iam in need of a job and I have to meet and talk further about it to the lady.And don't worry about me iam absolutely fine. You are the only person who asks about my well being!Thank you so much."

"Oo dumbo! Don't get emotional. I'll be there for you anytime you need me okay?and take care of yourself.I will pray to God that you get the job."she said smiling.

I too smiled and said"okayy.Byee kaira."

"Bye yn"she said and end the call.and I went back to my house to get ready and go to meet Ms.Kang.

At Retro cafe,at 4 pm.
I walked into the cafe and searched for Ms.Kang . I called her and she said that she will be cafe within a few minutes.i cut the call and say on chair waiting for her.after a few minutes I got a call from Ms.kang asking me where iam sitting,I said the table number and she end the call. A lady in her 40's wearing a ivory floral dress,came to me and asked"Yn?"

"Yes.Are you Ms.kang?"i enquired her
"Yes dear.Iam ."
"Hi Ms.kang."
"Hi yn. What is your age?"
"Oh iam 24 Ms Kang"I said smiling nervously.
"Ok. No need to be nervous dear.So about the job details you have to work for 6 hours a day, which includes household chores and sometimes cooking. And about salary it would be ***** wons.if you want you can also stay at the house as there are seperate rooms for the workers.Is that okay for you ?."said Ms.Kang.

Oh my god .The salary is very high.I can't reject this job.The salary is double than the salary that I get working at restaurant for 9 hours a day. It is such a good offer.

"Yes Ms.Kang it is okay for me." I said smiling at her.
"Okay dear.then you can come to work to from tomorrow onwards.and this is the address xxxxxxx. Okay yn?"

"Ok Ms Kang. Ill come at 9 am Tomorrow." I said.
"Alright Yn. I'll take my leave now "saying she stood up and left.

Yesss.I got the job.Even though I don't know much about the house owner.I didn't care much about it. As the salary is really satisfying.I agreed to it. I will save money from salary from onwards and I'll finish my last year in  university.Then I could a respectable job.I thought as iam not going to work as a maid for the rest of my life I have to get good job and a good name.
I went back to house and told my stepmom that I got a job.she replied coldly to me saying "do whatever the job you want I don't care ,just me the money I want." Saying she left .what more can I expect from her.she don't really care about me.
*Sigh*
I went to kitchen and made my self ramen and ate it.did the dishes and left to my room. I set up my alarm and fell into deep slumber.
