Aaira was frozen in her spot when Seokjin said those words. She was terrified that the person she had feared all this time could be him. Seokjin looked closely at the back of Aaira's neck and whispered,

Seokjin: "Is this blood coming from your hair?"

Aaira ran her hand through her hair and found some drops of blood. Seokjin, unfazed by the apparent suicide and the blood on Aaira, left for his morning walk without a second glance.

Meanwhile, Kim Taehyung, the head of the police force in Korea, was investigating the suicide case. Although it was not his jurisdiction, as the incident had occurred in Paris, his instincts as a police officer drove him to find out whether it was a murder or a suicide. He seemed to be searching for a specific clue rather than conducting a standard investigation: the glass dagger. However, for his luck, it wasn't connected to the blue-eyed serial killer he was tracking.

Aaira ran towards her hotel room, her heart pounding. When she entered, she noticed Jungkook wasn't on the bed, probably already awake. She headed straight to the bathroom to wash her hair again.

As she entered, she saw Jungkook standing in front of the mirror, wearing only a towel. His well-toned abs and pale skin were hard to ignore, but Aaira was too distressed to care. She rushed past him to the shower, grabbing a bottle of shampoo. She emptied the entire bottle into her hair, desperately scrubbing away the blood.

Flashbacks from the past night in the attic, the bloodbath, and Seokjin's unsettling words flooded her mind. Overwhelmed by the memories and the current chaos, she started crying in the shower, her sobs drowned out by the sound of running water.

Aaira's thoughts drifted to Jimin's upcoming marriage. The pain intensified, reminding her that tonight was the last night Jimin would be unmarried. Her heartache was almost unbearable.

Suddenly, she heard a knock on the bathroom door. It was Jungkook.

Jungkook: "I'll be going for a morning walk, okay?"
