"P'Pai!" Prapai looked up from where he was reading, hearing Sky's voice.
"My Sky..." Prapai immediately put his phone in his pocket and opened his arms for the younger to run into.
He had been leaning on his car waiting for him.
"How was your day?" He asked.
"It was fine. Rain got scolded by one of our professors, he fell asleep in class." Sky kept talking about his day as Prapai led him inside the car and seated himself in the driver's seat.
It has been a few months since the whole soul swap and the Petch incident, and slowly but surely, his Sky is becoming more and more open to him.
They haven't made anything official yet, he didn't want to pressure the boy. He knew just how bad Sky's past experience had been, that's why he let himself be content with what the boy was willing to give and accept from him.
"Are we going home?" Sky asked.
"Hmm? If you want, but I was thinking we could eat first?" Prapai's voice was soft.
"Ok, let's eat first Phi." Sky smiled at him.
That's another thing, whenever Sky smiles, it's like it lights up even the darkest rooms.
He couldn't fathom how anyone could do something so cruel to such a precious person.
His Sky is beautiful, especially when he smiles.
When Sky saw Prapai staring at him he flushed a bit.
"E-Eyes on the road Phi." He said, hiding his face.
"But my Sky, you look so beautiful to look at anywhere else." Prapai teased.
"N-no, I'm na beautiful."
"Ah-ah, no. You are beautiful, pretty, smart and precious." Prapai reached out to grab Sky's hand and held it to his lips giving it a gentle but firm kiss.
Sky only flushed a deeper red. His Sky is so cute.
They continued conversing through the drive to their now favorite restaurant.
At dinner, they ate and shared more information on how they had been for the past week.
Prapai had been busy with both legal and family businesses but he always made sure to set time aside for him and Sky.
Sky and Rain still live in his condo, only it had been transferred to the two boy's names. There were protests mainly from the said two but was shut down when threatened that Porsche and Pete would buy them a mansion instead.
It was quite funny actually.
~A month after the Petch Incident~
"Sky?" Porsche called for Sky who was currently sitting beside Prapai half his body was leaning on the older man.
"Yes Kh- I-I mean, P-Pa Porsche?" Sky flushed at how he addressed the much older man. Prapai had to hide his smile so he decided to plant a kiss on Sky's head instead.
"What is it Pa?" He asked as well.
"It's about the condo actually." Sky looked at Porsche at the mention of the condo where he and Rain lived.
'Are they going to make us leave now that there's no more danger? And- And now that we're both clearly–' Prapai saw Sky's eyes and knew he was spiraling.
"Shh, calm down baby. It's okay. Whatever you are thinking, it's not gonna happen okay?" He pulled Sky in a hug.
"That's right, Sky, it's nothing bad. I promise. Do you know where N'Rain is?"
"He's here!" It was Pete this time holding Rain's one hand while Venice looked annoyed but still held Rain's other hand.
"Ah! Perfect timing Pete! Sit them here."
"So? What is it?" Venice sounded annoyed but still sat beside Rain who only rolled his eyes on the older man.
"P'Venice, I told you, if you didn't want to come you shouldn't have come then."
"And be without you? No. Not when I can stay beside you." Venice actually huffed like a child.
"Ignore him Nong, let him sulk all he wants." Porsche just shrugged.
"So the reason why we called for you both is because we want to properly transfer Pai's condo to both of you. I mean, we want to change its ownership from Pai to the two of you." Porsche finally said it.
'Oh, that's right. Pa had told me about that. Right when I just came back.'
"No. No Pa Porsche! We can't accept t-that. It-It's P'Pai's!" Sky looked horrified.
"That's right Phi! We can't really take anything from any of you. We can just leave if he wants to use it again–"
"It's either that or we buy you a mansion. EACH." It was Pete who said it. He was smiling brightly but his tone was not.
Sky and Rain looked dumbfounded.
'Do they have to go to such extremes?' Sky and Rain thought, looking at each other.
There were more protests but as usual the Mafia 'Queens' won.
No one can ever change their minds when they're dead set on something.
~back to the present~
After dinner, Prapai asked Sky where he wanted to go home to.
It was common knowledge that Sky and Rain would always have a home in the Theerapanyakun Compound.
"The Compound Phi." Sky said.
"You got it. I don't think Rain would also be there though."
"It's okay if he isn't. You're with me, that's all I ask." Sky said softly, Prapai almost didn't hear the last part.
They drove in silence until they reached the compound.
"Sky?" He called for him when he saw the younger taking his seatbelt off.
"Yes Phi?"
"I love you." Prapai said. It's not the first time he said this to Sky but he felt like he should say it right here, right now.
Sky's eyes widened. Clearly not used to it yet.
"I-I–"
"Shh, it's okay baby, you don't have to say it back. I can wait. I will wait. Until you're ready." Prapai leaned in, placing a kiss on Sky's head.
"Let's go?" He asked as he opened Sky's door for him.
"O-Okay." He didn't know to what part Sky replied but he didn't think about it anymore.
He was about to lead the way when Sky tugged at his hand holding the other's.
"I-.. I love you too P'Pai..." Sky whispered before pulling him down to kiss him.
He knew there were bodyguards on duty and could see them but Prapai knew that they knew better.
He returned the kiss, gently not forcefully. He didn't want to scare Sky away.
'Yes, we will definitely be okay...'
