Y/n's Pov
"Okay girl I'm on my way. I'll let you know when I'm there." I was talking to Cam and just finished up a few things. I hung up the phone, grabbed my purse, and headed out the door.
I was bagging out the driveway when all of a sudden the car started beeping loudly. I looked up and saw a woman walking behind my car. I immediately took my foot off the brake, rolling the window down. "Oh my-I'm so sorry."
The lady just looked at me and rolled her eyes. "Okay well I take my sorry back then bitch." I said now irritated. I rolled my window back up and continued bagging out. The bitch lucky I apologized and that I didn't hit her.
I drove out my neighborhood, heading downtown. Secrets by YTB Fatt starting playing from my playlist. I was turnt the fuck up. "All yo secrets safe with me, baby, I'ma shut the fuck up!" I sung the lyrics out loudly.
"My finger in her mouth when she nut. She a good girl for me, she a slut. Backstabbing, my thumb in her butt. 'Bout the fox, you can't tell this hoe none." I was singing and dancing, turning up to all the songs that just played randomly.
I pulled up to the Crypto Arena, found a parking spot, and texted Cam letting her know I was here. She told me to meet her at the front entrance. I walked towards where she said to meet. I was looking around trying to spot her when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see who it was and lo and behold it was Cameron.
"Hey bitch. You look good as hell. Who you tryna impress?" Cameron smiled. Playfully rolling my eyes, I answered her question. "Thank you and I'm not tryna impress nobody. You look good too babes."
She thanked me and pulled me towards the ticket lady. We were finally inside the building and were now making our way to our seats. We found our spots, getting situated. It was only six fifty four and the game started at seven. I was checking up on Azzy when I felt Cameron's hand hit my thigh. I looked up and saw her cousin making her way towards us.
"Hey Cam."
"Hey Keke this is my friend Y/n." Cam introduced me and I waved. We all talked for the remainder of the time until Kia had to go. "Oh my gosh I'm so excited!" Cam shrieked, shaking my arm. I chuckled at her actions.
It was now time to do jump ball and it was Cameron Brink from the Los Angeles Sparks and Satou Sabally from the Dallas Wings. Cameron won and it was now our ball.
I was replying to a text from my mom when the game announcer came on, "Jelyssa Russo with a logo three!"
I looked up as the crowd went wild. I scanned the court to see who it was and since I already knew everyone else on the court my options were limited. I looked closely at number 6. She looked a little familiar but I wasn't so sure. Dallas through the ball out of bounds so it was now our turn.
This Jelyssa person was walking towards our side of the court and as she was getting closer it clicked. She was the woman from the boba shop the other day. I guess she felt me staring because she looked dead at me. I immediately looked away.
I tapped on Camerons shoulder, leaning into her ear. "Who's number 6 I've never seen her before."
Cameron looked towards me and responded. "She's new she just came from the Atlanta Dream I think." I nodded. "Yea and I also think she's a mom."
My eyes widened in shock. I just nodded and focused back on the game.
So the little boy she had with her at the shop, must have been her son. Come to think of it, he kinda did look like her.

There was only two minutes left in the first quarter. We were up by two. "Damn" I said after Jelyssa just hit her fourth three pointer of the night. Everyone cheered and she looked my way. Girl I bought damn near flew out the seat. I was lowkey impressed.
A few minutes later, early into the second quarter Jelyssa gets subbed out and Li Yueru is now on the court. I watched as Jelyssa took a sip of her Gatorade. Mind you we are sitting opposite of The Sparks team. She takes another sip, looking right in my direction. I look away and just focus on the game.
"DERICA HAMBY GETS THE SHOT AND THE FOUL." (Love her to)
The fans including me go wild, some yelling "and one." I'm watching as Derica is at the free throw line. She makes both her shots, boosting our points up.

We were now at halftime and I was starting to get hungry. Me and Cameron got up and made our way to the concessions. I ordered nachos with a Dr. Pepper. I also made sure to get me some cotton candy. We made our way back to our seats.
During the rest of halftime Cam and I just talked and ate.
The game started back up and it was go time.
Both teams were making shots left and right. The score was now 70 to 65. Our team winning by 5.

We were now in the fourth quarter up by fifteen. There was three seconds left on the clock, Dallas ball. One of the Dallas players went to shoot the ball but was blocked by Brink.
The crowd shot up in excitement. We won the game. Our score was ninety to seventy-five. Me and Cam made sure to take a few pictures before heading into the tunnel. We were just about to come out of it when Cam stopped me.
"Kia wants to give me my birthday gift, since they have an away game on my birthday." I gave her an okay and we headed towards their locker room.
