Chapter 9

-Selene's POV-

I knew the gym was big inside but wow. I'd never been in the biome gym before, Their were doors to four areas, mountains, forest, snow and a beach biome that had a small ocean. I could practically taste the salt in the air to the beach biome. The changing rooms were separated by gender and their were some individual stalls too, shapeshifters and nudity was a lax attitude at best but it was still good to practice some modesty. 

"So which biome you feeling" Juno asked as she kicked off her socks and shoes. 

"Snow" I gulped, my stomach twisting in desire. 

Her taste was still heavy on my tongue. Delicious and magical and oh so right. I had to force my fangs to stay up as I remembered the heady taste and the way Juno responded to my touch. 

"Sure" Juno giggled, her hair blazing a brighter pink at the ends. 

I pulled my eyes away as Juno changed out of her clothes. The pooling of fabric on the floor wearing on my control as I imagined Juno's dark skin and curves. Groaning I closed my eyes and counted to ten. It didn't help. A gentle tug on my trousers drew my attention downward slightly. Peaking open one eye first my breath got caught in my throat as I took her in. My wolf pushed through in my mind her tail wagging in my minds eye. 

Dropping to my knees I laughed as Juno immediately licked my face, my fingers scratching through her fur. Her fairy wings are tucked tight into her flanks, they seemed bigger and heavier in this form. Her coat seemed like it was full of glitter as she sparkled. 

"Your pink" I murmured, wonder blossoming in my chest. 

Juno hopped out of my arms, puffing out her chest as she let me take in her form fully, her tail wagging a mile a minute. 

"Magic" I sigh, still tasting it on my tongue. 

A whine from Juno causes me to chuckle as I see her impatient expression. I get changed quickly too, shifting into my wolf as Juno stares at me unabashed. Shaking out my form I walk over to Juno. I was a head taller than her in this form too. A surge of protective instincts rose up as I nuzzled into Juno's neck. 

"This way"   

Juno's voice in my mind startles me out of my instincts to scent mark her further. I didn't think the mind link would work yet since we weren't fully mated. Nodding I follow her through the snow door. A chilled wind breezing past us as we step onto the snow. Snow is always cold on my paw pads but I skated on my dad's ice gift all the time when I was younger so It didn't phase me much. 

"It's not too cold for you is it" 

Juno's ear flicks at my thought, sneezing once before shaking her head and bounding away into the thinned out forest. 

"Nope, come on slow poke" 

Juno's thought came slower than I think she meant it to. It meant the link between us was still weak but that was okay. Trotting after her my tongue lolls out of my mouth as we start running. Side by side at first until Juno sent me another thought. 

"Follow my lead"

"okay" 

I waited several paces behind as I watched Juno cast a spell, her wings unfurling as she did. The ground under us started to vibrate as Juno's wings glowed. A blanket of snow arched into the sky, Juno running on a snow bridge. Following after her I let out several yips of joy. As we run across the magic snow bridge I spot several shifted students below us. 

"Are they why you decided to magic up this bridge"  I asked. 

"yeah and also to show off" 

Juno laughed into my mind her legs still moving under her as she raced across the biome. More students looked up to gape as we past. Pride swelling in my chest as Juno leapt from the snow bridge. Her wings carrying her into the air. Magic was the only way I could think that flight was possible with translucent wings and a heavy body, or maybe her wolf was light. Lifting my voice, I howled out my joy, pride, wonder and amazement. My wolf adding power to my voice as I watched Juno twist and turn in the sky. It was like a sky dance, powerful and beautiful at the same time. In one final twist pink fireworks in the shape of snowflakes decorated the sky. 

The voices of the students rose after the display, howls, roars, bellows and more. when Juno land back on the snow bridge she was panting with effort but practically glowing in triumph. 

"That was amazing" I yipped nuzzling into her because I couldn't hold her close in this form. 

"Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it" 

Juno panted, nuzzling me just as strongly. Our tails no doubt wagging a mile a minute. Mine certainly was. I leaned back when Juno did. I followed when she lifted her muzzle to the sky and howled. Our song joined in harmony and sweeping around the area. 

"Next time I'll cast a flight spell for you too" Juno announced when we stopped our song. 

"You don't have to"

"I want to" 

I hummed my agreement into her mind not wanting to start an argument over flying. I'll admit it would be cool to fly. We frolicked a little while longer before I led us back to the changing rooms just in time for the bell to go off. My ears dropped as I realised we'd have to go back to our jobs away from each other for the time being. Juno shifted first and I swallowed hard. I couldn't keep from looking this time as her hands raked through my fur. Scratching behind my ears and along my spine. I whined and pressed into her consciously willing myself not to shift. 

"I may be pink, but your fur is a beautiful red, and this white stripe I've never seen on a wolf before" Juno stated affectionately before she lifted her hands out of my fur and stepped back.

Pulling her clothes on quickly much to my relief. I followed suit trying to ignore Juno's eyes as I pulled on the last item. Turning around I pounced. Pulling Juno flush against my body.

"I want to kiss you so bad right now" I grunted, trying to pull back but failing miserably. 

"Then do" Juno offered breathless. 

I didn't need to be told twice. Kissing her was like I hadn't drank for weeks and she was my oasis. The sounds she made low in her throat as she kissed back. The way her hands tangled in my hair before starting to roam the rest of my body. The way her breath hitched as I pressed my knee to her core as I pulled away. I was no better my hands had minds of their own as she kissed me again. My roaming hands groping handfuls of her ass. I felt like a horny teenager as we started to grind into each other again. Completely lost to our lust. 

We both jumped as the bell as it went of. Pulling apart quickly, wide eyed and panting. 

"Damn it" Juno grumbled as she smoothed out her hair. 

She looked absolutely ravished and something about seeing her like that sent a surge of pride through me. I was the one who caused her to look like that. I don't doubt I was much better as Juno's eyes widened when she looked up at me. 

"We need to be more careful" I breathed my wolf growling in my mind that I didn't fully claim my mate. 

"Yes" Juno agreed but the smirk on her face promised something different. 

"Shall we go to lunch, my Juno" 

I heard her heart skip a beat at my words a beautiful expression taking over her face. Offering her a hand I smile as she takes it. We walked hand in hand through the school to the staff room. It would be back to the grind after lunch. For now though I could keep being with Juno.
