-Juno's POV-
She was so cute. Like really cute. The way she kept sneaking glances when we were reading the menu. Or the way she was looking at me. With so much focus and admiration. Like she was fully focused and seeing me for me. It was exhilarating to be someone's sole focus. Not for the powers that I could wield, but for me. Even when our food came she looked stunning blushing out of embarrassment. When all our dishes were laid out I could practically see her drooling as even her fangs dropped down. My wolf chose that moment to offer me a vison of how good it'd feel for our mate to feed from me.
"Enjoy your food ladies, give us a shout when your done" Mac chuckled before he walked away.
"Thank you" I called out at the same time as Selene. Only for us to burst out laughing a second later.
Her cheeks showing the most adorable dimples I had ever seen.
"Shall we eat before it gets cold" Selene questioned, eyes now focused on our food as she waited for my response.
"Of course, our lunch at school is quite short so I bet your just as hungry as I am" I giggled, as she lit up like a pup that had just been given a toy.
I cut my steak leisurely as I watched Selene cut hers. Efficiently and with impeccable table manners. Even as she ate quickly she used different cutlery and dabbed at her face with a napkin. I was memorised as I ate. Cute and proper all in one.
"Your a Von Touran, right Selene I heard your grandfather was a Marquise, no wonder you table manners are so good" I said without thinking as I tucked into my cheesy chips.
"Yeah my Father Malaki, is a Von Touran and he instilled good manners into all of us" She blushed, as she answered casting her gaze to her plate where she pushed around a piece of meat.
"Us" I asked, tilting my head to the side. My hair almost falling into the salad before I jerked back.
"Yeah, my twin brother Helios, and my younger brother Jackal, though it's only a matter of time before I get a new sibling it seems" She laughed, those adorable dimples coming back.
"Jackal, that's an odd name to give a werewolf hybrid" I stated, confused at the unusual name.
"My dad said it came to him and it stuck" She smiled, she really loved her family I could hear it in the way she talked about them.
We continued eating and sipped at our drinks before Selene jolted and looked at me like she'd just remembered something.
"What about you, do you have any siblings?" Selene asked that adorable crimson colouring her cheeks again.
"I'm an only child, my parents greatest treasure, or at least that's what they called me when they had me do every activity under the sun" I chuckled, before sighing as memories of being stressed and over worked as a child began to resurface.
There was the time I was in competitions for dance, singing, maths, spelling, piano and magic for the 12 week season nearly every week day when I was 9 years old. My parents demanded perfection from there only daughter, So much so that I seldom speak to either my mother or father these days.
"Juno" Selene called softly, reaching over to place her hand over mine on the table.
Looking up at her crimson eyes my breath hitched as they shone with vivid concern. Letting out a whimper, I cleared my thought before replying.
"Yes Selene"
"You don't have to talk about this if its painful for you, if you want we could even talk about our jobs, I don't want you to be uncomfortable at all"
"It's alright, really, thank you"
I smiled my most convincing smile, as her thumb rubbed over my knuckles. The rest of our meal was finished with pleasant conversation chocolate cake for desert. We split the bill and when we left the diner Selene turned to me after breathing in and out a few times. She straightened up taking my hand before bowing low and pressing her lips to the back of my hand. A chaste kiss that felt feather light.
"I hope you will accompany me again, my lady" She murmured against the back of my hand.
My brain froze, as my wolf howled in delight. I could feel my magic reacting just under my skin too as a breeze worked its way around us. I felt so warm as she stood to her full height giving me an easy smile that seemed to wash away all of my worries. The wind that'd been kicked up by my magic causing her red hair to halo, around her head making her look ethereal.
"It'd be my honour Selene"

After that I had no idea how I got home or even when we said goodbye But I managed somehow even though I wanted to race back to her and take her in my arms and hold her and kiss her. My magic sparked in response to my desires as my wolf nudged against my subconscious. My cottage was on the outskirts of town surrounded by my herb and flower gardens. Leaving the door open I snapped away my clothes using magic before allowing myself to transform. I was small for a wolf, but I had to be if I wanted to fly. Large translucent wings sprouted from my shoulders. My tail was much longer than a werewolves too, to help me fly but the oddest was the colour of my fur. My magic made my brown fur, pink on my back, head, legs and tail.
Folding my wings down I gave my wolf free rein to mark her territory and sniff around the plants and run around a bit to let out the excess energy we shared. Eventually she pushed closed the front door and curled up in front of my fire place after using a small fire spell to light it. My mind raced with images of Selene as I dozed off, I couldn't wait to see her again, It was even enough to get a glimpse of her dimpled smile.
