Hazel: What does wdym mean?

Piper: What do you mean??? Jason said that already Haze.

Frank: Hah. Hazel, wdym means what do you mean.

Hazel: Oh! Sorry guys!

Percy: Ha!

Will: So anyway, is this chat bad luck? I mean, the last few times we've used it, Nico confessed love to Percy, Percy and Annabeth changed the Netflix password, the gods invaded our chat, we invaded the gods chat....is there something wrong with our chat?

Percy: I mean, we're demigods. EVERYTHING about our lives is bad luck.

Annabeth: Got to agree here. We're lucky- most demigods don't make it past 14.

Jason: That doesn't apply to Romans.

Annabeth: Rude??

Frank: Jasons right- there are heaps of adult demigods and legacies living in New Rome. And some Roman demigods and legacies like my family have (or had) the ability to live in the mortal world.

Percy: I never really thought about that, but while us Greeks have a summer camp and strawberry fields, the Romans get a full-on city, training grounds, and college. Unfair.

Nico: Have to agree here. I was so surprised when I bought Hazel to New Rome for the first time.

Annabeth: Speaking of which- how did you find New Rome? I've been to Cali heaps of times, and never saw anything. How did you find it on the first try?

Nico: The gods perform a memory-wipe on anyone who saw the 'other side''. So both Romans and Greeks have seen each other many times, but the gods take their memory of it.

Percy: I always knew something was up with H*ra, even before she wiped my memory.......

Nico: Actually, it was always up to said demigods parent. The only reason I was able to go to both camps is because Hades decided not to perform the memory wipe (with influence from Hera)

Piper: Well, that puts a twist on things...

Percy: I agree. I have never wanted a god to enter the chat so much.

Leo: Guys, I think Percy has gone insane.

Percy: Probably. But if a god entered the chat right now, I could yell at them for wiping our memories! I would have LOVED it if I could have met my bro Jason earlier!!

Jason: Thanks bro!!

Hazel: Wouldn't said god just get mad and try to kill you again?

Percy: On second thought......

Annabeth: But back to the subject- does anyone know why the Romans got a city and Greeks got a summer camp?

Jason: I think it might be because Roman gods are naturally more disciplined. Imagine if the Aphrodite (no offense Pipes!) kids had to do legion training, or if the Ares (no offense Frank?) kids had to sit still and do college.

Pipes: None taken...

Frank: That's not really offensive to me tbh.

Annabeth: So the Venus kids can do legion training and the Aphrodite kids can't?

Jason: Do you have to challenge everything I say? It's just a theory, and anyway, who knows when the gods control it.

Annabeth: Sorry, you're right.

Leo: OMG Annabeth admitted she was wrong about something!!

Annabeth: LEO

Leo: Sorry...

Annabeth: I mean, you have to wonder....do the gods favour Greek or Roman kids?

Hazel: It would probably depend on the kids ability. How can they fight? Do they have any powers?

Will: For the sake of it, I would say they prefer being Greek. Not sure about kids -that's an interchangeable variable- but simply because of the quests. Greeks have an Oracle that can issue prophecies for quests. Romans rely on the Sibylline books.

Percy: That's a good point. Plus, the power of the gods is a lot more powerful at CHB. Dionysus is literally chilling on the front porch. The Romans, not so much.

Annabeth: I mean...it's also probably up to preference of the god. My mum prefers being Athena over Minerva. I think Zeus would prefer Jupiter because his Roman side is more powerful and disciplined.

Percy: Zeus also probably prefers Jupiter because in that form he can have kids (I think)....

Jason: PERCY!

Percy: Sorry Jase...but it's true....

Annabeth: We should stop talking about this before some god enters the chat again.

Hazel: LOL.

Will: The fact that gods can enter our chat anytime is concerning.

Leo: It does make me wonder what mods they put on their phones to allow that.

Nico: But you CREATED the phones...

Leo: The fact that we could enter their chat and they could enter ours makes me question if they put any mods on it. Even if their groups were on public, we wouldn't be able to get into it.

Leo: Why am I only questioning that now.....

Annabeth: I don't know. Maybe since they're gods it just works like that for them.

Leo: Ugh probably.

Percy: Why did you give phones to the gods anyway?

Piper: He probably lost a bet with somebody.

Leo: Yeah.

Percy: What was the bet?

Jason: Makes sense. Anyway. I've got to go.

Percy: Same. Bye guys!
