"When we get back here, we will be Mr and Mrs Black" he said as I loaded the remainder of my belongings into my trunk. "I can't wait" I said as I kissed him. "Ready?" I asked him as he nodded. We decided to use Floo Powder to travel to the Potter house. "Sirius! Cass!" Euphemia said as she hobbled over to us. She had grown considerably weaker over the years we had lived here and now had to walk with a cane. "Hello Euphemia" I said as we hugged her. "By this time tomorrow you'll be married" she said as she wiped a stray tear away. "Well if it ain't me son and daughter" Fleamont said as he walked over to us. "I'm here too" James spoke up. "We've had the pleasure of seeing you every day since you were 11." Euphemia said as she shut her son down. "I suppose you'll be sharing a room?" Euphemia asked as we looked at each other and nodded. "If you don't mind?" I asked as she shook her head. "You're to be married. It would be odd if you didn't share a room" Fleamont said as Euphemia nodded. "You both can take the guest house" she said as we smiled.

We all walked out to the guest house. I was amazed by the size of it. "This is big enough to be a starter home" Sirius remarked. "That's what we planned for it to be for James. I doubt it will be since he hasn't expressed his feelings to Lily yet" Fleamont said causing James to groan. "What did I miss?" Lily asked from behind us. Remus was standing next to her. "When did you get here!" I squealed as I hugged her then Remus. "Long enough to hear James get embarrassed" she said as James groaned louder. I started to feel bad for the boy. We had dinner and continued to dog on James before heading out to the guest house. "There's my fiancée" Sirius said as he hugged me from behind and kissed behind my ear. "Peter will be here tomorrow" I said as he trailed kissed down my neck. "Sit boy" I said as he smiled against my neck. "You are already no fun" he said as I laughed. "I've been thinking" I said as he looked at me. "Care to share?" He asked. "Maybe we should postpone the wedding" I said as he walked around to stand in front of me.

"Why?" He asked me point blank. "It's just such a bad time. I mean we are on the brink of war" I said as he placed his hands on my shoulders. "Which is more the reason to do it. I mean tomorrow is not promised" he stated. He was right. "We could be blown to bits by tomorrow night and I would die a happy man because I got the chance to marry you" he said before pulling me into a hug. "Let's do it tonight" I said as Sirius looked at me in confusion. "What?" He asked me in shock. "You said tomorrow night we could be blown to bits. Well what if it isn't tomorrow night? What if it is tomorrow morning instead?" I asked as he smiled. "What better time than the present?" I asked him as we rushed to get changed. He rushed into the house and got everyone up. We even had McGonagall and Peter come early. He sent Lily into the house to help me get ready while the boys helped him. "Are you ready?" Lily asked as I nodded.

"I've been ready" I said as she wiped a tear. "Don't cry, if you cry then I'll cry" I said as she hugged my shoulders. It seems like only yesterday that me and Sirius were first years and here we are getting married. I looked to see Fleamont peaking his head in the door. "They are ready for you" he said as I nodded and walked over to him. I cried a little as he hugged me. In this moment I wasn't Cassandra Malfoy. I was his daughter and he was giving me away. I was a part of his family. A family I chose.
