"I can't leave her again."
Who was she talking about? You wished that you could hear more but you couldn't risk getting any closer and blowing your cover. Vi then gave hug to both of them and turned to leave, you pressed your body to the pillar as much as you could, praying that she wouldn't spot you. She passed you, slumping and keeping her eyes on the ground. Phew. Ekko and Caitlyn begun to walk in the other direction, until suddenly, a bright white light flooded the air, and enforcers stood in front of them. Caitlyn was pointing something at them. Ekko opened the cylinder and inside was the blue marble.

The enforcer mumbled something. He pulled out a gun and shot him. No! Calm down. He had a breastplate, he's fine. Stay where you are. Ekko layed on the ground and Caitlyn was being held at gunpoint. Vi turned and ran back to them, the enforcer took Ekko's cylinder, firelights flooded the air. What?

You didn't dare to breathe, everyone stopped and watched the bugs fill the space. And then. Boom. Green light echoed through the air, loud noise followed, you were forced to retreat on the board, to get out of the explosions reach and watch from afar, hoping that Ekko was still alive.

When the whole scene died down, dust and ash flew around, many of the enforcers layed dead on the ground. The while lights flickered. Low humming replaced the sudden noise. A lanky girl with long blue braids walked across the bridge, taking no notice of you. You knew her from stories Silcos' goons shared with you before you blew up his airship. Jinx.

Caitlyn got up first, but when she tried to stand up, she yepled in pain and held onto her leg. Jinx shot one of the surviving enforcers and Vi started to run again. Your head turned left to right, trying to see it all. Jinx was getting closer to Vi, who was now helping Caitlyn get up. She took the cylinder from the ground and put it's strap onto herself. She now stood face to face with the girls. You held you fists tight.

Suddenly, Jinx grabbed the weapon at her side and fired at them, Vi threw Caitlyn to a side and fell down herself. And from in between them, flew out Ekko, holding a metal pipe thing, reading it for a hit. It was like in slow motion. He struck down the weapon from Jinx's hold and made a sharp turn, hoverboard scraping the ground. He struck again, this time taking the cylinder from the psycho and stopping in front of the girls, without the board. Now you knew why he didn't want you there. He threw the thing at the speechless figures.
"GO!"
