Dr. Ridge Continues,

As I was saying maam, we are working to support your husband despite his critical condition, which is that he has a diastolic cardiac murmur. A diastolic cardiac murmur is a sound produced by the hearts rapid, choppy (turbulent) blood flow. Examples of these sounds are whooshing and swishing. Thankfully, there is a solution to assist your spouse. We can carry out a procedure known as cardiac catheterization, which is defined as replacing the damaged heart valve. This procedure is vital because if it is not completed as soon as possible, we may lose your spouse permanently

Terry questioned, So, doctor, whats stopping you from replacing his heart valve as soon as possible?

Its not easy, maam. Weve determined that a transcatheter aortic valve replacement is the best course of action, but regrettably, weve also discovered that your spouse lacks health insurance. Notwithstanding that the process is well known to be highly expensive, Dr. Ridge replying to Terry

(A deep sigh from Terry.)

Jay, go buy ice cream with your little sister, Mrs. Locksmith reached for a R100 banknote and gave it to her son, Jay.
