Prince Jericho Alexander IV. He is the only son of the very nice king in the Perran kingdom. So famous because of his charming smile and gentle spirit, Prince Jericho has won all the citizen's heart. He will be the next ruler.

He pointed his silver sword to me. "so.. you're the one they always talked about.."

I smiled and walked around the room. "hah.. am I really that famous, sire?.." I touched and took the queen's crown from its stand. "I've heard a lot about you too.. it's very nice seeing you here, for the first time.."

"a woman.." he realized "I found it hard to believe the rumors that states that you're a female.. but here you are, indeed a woman.."

"and why did you not believe it first, your highness?" I put the crown to my bag while he watched "didn't you know... what man can do, woman can do better!" I kicked his sword away and ran towards the door.

He chased after me immediately. He was fast too.

I saw a vase and throw it to him. But, it did not stop him at all. I ran still as fast as I can. I turned right and used the stairs to go down. He jump from the top and almost caught me.

"I won't let you get away with this, Black! Not when I'm around!!" he reached his hand and tried to grab me.

I made my steps bigger and faster. I can't be caught! Not by an untrained royalty!! I jumped off to the window. I rolled myself as I landed. I ran again, fast.

He still followed me!

"where am i?" I whispered to myself while running. I've memorized the map of the whole palace last night. I need to recall it all, and connect to my situation. I need to find the nearest gate!! "trees.. woods.." I observed what's around me as fast as I can "the kitchen!! I must find the kitchen!!" the kitchen is near here. The nearest exit is the kitchen's gate!!

"stop!!" the prince, oddly, didn't got tired. He's just three meters from me all this time.

I found the kitchen! And someone saw me!!! The maids!!

"it's the Black thief!!! Guards!!!!!" they panicked and called help immediately. Great!!! Now, if I slowed down, I'll never get out of here.

Then, all of a sudden, I fell!

"gocha!!" the prince grabbed my arm so tight. He panted as he made me stood up. "you may be fast and smart, lady.. but you're still clumsy.." he looked at me smiling.

How dare I fell down?!!!!! This is so impossible!! I suddenly stepped on a small stone and lost balance!! What a big loser!!

"get your hands off me" I told the prince, trying to get out. He was too strong, his hold was too tight.

"there there, clumsy little thief.." he made fun of me "I'll get my hands off of you after I put you to jail.." he took my bag. Then, he touched my mask.

I quickly stopped his hand. "stop!" If he'll see my face, I'll lose my triumph card .

"no one has seen you before, right.. well.. let me be the first then.." he smiled as he slowly took the mask from my face.

I narrowed my eyebrows and looked so mad. I hate his prince with my whole life!!

Then, after he took it off, he suddenly paused moving. His eyes opened wide and his reaction was so surprised. It was like his world suddenly shut down. He stared at me so long and so deep.

His hands suddenly lost its tightness.

"Black!!!! She's there!!!!" the guards arrived. I can't let them see me too! I pulled myself from the prince and immediately ran away again. "get back here!!!!" the guards chased after me.

The prince just stood there, still shocked. I don't know much about him, but I think he's stupid. Hahhah. I hope he'll realize what he just did today. He let me escape.
