I sat with my lovely pink princess gown in front of the mirror. I look so pretty.
"Leah.." I called my new hired maid "have you seen my gold necklace?.. the moon –shaped one."
She searched for it in my drawer. Leah's been hired by my big old brother. He did it all the time, randomly hiring people around. I made her my personal maid cause I find her a bit nice and humble.
You see, I'm not like my brother. I'm just one year younger than him, but I'm very different. I'm not nice and kind like him. My brows are always raised up, especially in front of maids and guards. I get irritated all the time. I'm not patient and understanding. I'm not like Jericho.
"W-What?!!!" my eyes opened wide after hearing what my brother, who just arrived from somewhere, told me "t-this woman is Black??!!"
"look, Jessica... I need you to cooperate with me on this.."
He spoke of many things but, strangely, all his word enters my left ear then exits to the right ear immediately.
"so you're gonna stay on my room?" I raised my brow in front of Black's face
"I guess.." is what she just said
Brother spoke again. "father must not know about this, yet.. just you.."
"ahh.." I growled in annoyance. I often thought that having an adventurous brother is not that bad, until now. Why is he involving me into this?!! I got my own business in life!! I hate being tangle with his!!
"come on, JEs.." he grabbed my thin arm.
Since I can't refuse from this guy I got no other choice. "fine.." I walked with grace to my room. "follow me."
The two followed.
"thanks Jes.. I'll never forget this.."
"ahmm.. it's okey if you forget, Bro.." I grabbed the girl's hand and pulled her. "now please give us girls privacy." I locked my room living the prince of this palace outside.
The girl, known as Black the thief and introduced as Sarah, looked around my huge room. She looked quite amazed and I can't blame her..
"I don't know your story, thief.. but since my brother trust you to be with me for the next few days, I'll let you hide here.." I sat in front of the mirror again and did something to my hair "since no one must know you're here, when the maids come or anybody else, put yourself under my princess-sized bed.. when father learn that Jericho's helping a criminal like you he will be really mad.. do your best not to put my sibling into trouble.. or else.."
"fine.." she just stood. I didn't offer her a seat. Well.. she can actually sit down whenever she wants to.. ahhh.. let her be..
"this room is big enough for us.. don't trouble me and I won't cause any trouble to you too.."
