(Jericho)
I walked for hours, I got so tired. I sat down beside a light post near the old plaza. No one seems to come here anymore. I stared at the forest, the biggest forest in our kingdom, almost 40 meters away from me.
"ahh!!" I kinda heard someone shouting. "ah!!" it's a girl's voice!!
I quickly ran towards the forest and searched for the girl. It's almost sunset, it's not good staying in this forest in the dark. It's not just scary, it's also so hard to find the way out.
"ahh.." I heard it again. I realized, it's not a scream or a shout, it's a cry. Someone's crying.
I went deeper in the forest. Then, I sighted someone behind a bush.
"h-hey..." I slowly come closer.
"n-no!!!"
I moved the bush and saw her.
It's Black!!!
The lady I was after, all this time!! It's her!!!
My whole body shut down. I lost contact with the world again, just like that time when I saw her face. I froze and paled. It's her!!
And... she's... she's crying.. tears was all over her face...
My feet moved and went closer to her. "y-you..." my mouth spoke too "w-what happened to you?..."
"d-don't touch me.." she tried to get away but I pulled her. Her hands are so cold. She's too pale too. "w-w—ait...." She recognized me "y-you're that.... You're that... prince.." her voice are lowering. She's weak..
I suddenly felt a liquid in my hand. "B-blood?!!" my body started shaking the moment I saw blood coming from her right arm!! She's wounded!!
"g-get off me!!" she tried to pull away again but she was too weak to even remove my hand. "i—it's your fault... your fault!!!" she then slowly fainted.
"H-hey!!! Hey!!!"
