Desire in Shadows

As Delta tore through the clones , Everyone was either horrified or annoyed at how it transpired.

< In the black void> 

Both Cross and Aurora are walking , Cross was walking in the air sideways while Aurora was walking straight-up. 

Aurora: May I ask..

He looks up at her, she looked at him.

Aurora: What it is , that your doing? 

Cross: This place has no sense of up or down ,  so I'm having a bit of fun. 

She then looked forward, the void was then filled with a bright light. They soon found themselves on a battlefield. Both were falling through the air, his tails moved as he lands and grabs her .

Aurora: Thank you. 

Cross: My pleasure . 

They looked around , he noticed how some of them were torn to pieces or had their own weapon impaled them. 

Cross: Looks like Delta was just here, but ... this isn't her usual style. 

As they walked across, Aurora was guiding him. 

Cross: Aurora... I have to ask.

Aurora: Ask away Geats. 

Cross: This is your memory isnt it? 

Aurora: What makes you say that? 

They both stopped to find a massive crater and at the center of it, was a young girl crying. 

Cross: Cause in both this one and the last 10 memories . You were always at the center, their is no need to lie to me about this. 

Aurora: Geats.. hand me your sword. 

He summoned his sword and hands her one. When she held it, it dropped it the ground. She didn't seem to care as she begun to drag it across towards the young girl . 

Aurora: I was such a cry baby.. even now. 

She uses all of her strength to raise the sword high into the air. She goes to bring it down on herself, monster appeared all around her. She was shocked , before she can react tails impaled the monsters . Her blade making contact , ending the memory. 

< Elsewhere> 

Epsilon and the other members of Shadow Garden were walking through what looked like the foundry area of Sanctuary. As they kept a look out, they heard a noise coming from in front of them. 

Shadow Member1: What is that? 

Emerging from the shadows was a monster, he looked human but was devoid of any self control. Both parties started at each other for a brief moment before Epsilon stepped forward. 

Epsilon: Don't worry. 

The monster charges at her, it raised it's claws at her. She didn't react as she kept walking, the monster phases through her as it was revealed to be a child . The child then fades away. The other members were shocked by what transpired, Epsilon turned and looked at them. 

Epsilon: That was something similar to the goddess's trial, probably. A memory ...that reacted to us and materialized. The ones who were possessed. 

When she said that, several images flashed before them. Each member's life before they joined Shadow Garden revealed their lowest moments. 

Epsilon: Even mine... 

A memory flashed before them , a forest on fire . Epsilon trapped as her arm was mutating. She was using a tree for support as she dragged the arm across the dirt. She turned to find a group of people with pitchforks and swords not far behind her. She falls to her knees , she closes her eyes as she waited for the end.
