Amy closed her eyes and fell asleep instantly. She fell through the air and landed softly in a field of long, luscious grass, with trees that lined the horizon, the clouds scudded across the crystal blue sky and the air was fresh and cool. Amy remembered this place; her Elysium she entered when she played the piano in her music class that day, but it was a confusing version where the silhouette of a man had came over and lay down with her. This time Amy walked towards the trees where the silhouette had appeared, and she waited just at the edge of the forest. She only had to wait for a minute when out of the green darkness emerged a figure, it wasn't the silhouette however, it was a man, slim and handsome with black, messy hair, eyes as blue as the sky above them, his nose was slightly crooked, as if broken once years ago, his lips were thin and smooth and were parted slightly and his skin, not perfectly soft and smooth but pale and slightly stubbly, overall this man that stood in front of Amy looked uncannily like Steven, but just an older version. What did Amy have to do now? She wasn't expecting this, she was expecting to see the silhouette again not an older version of the guy she loved.

"Who- who are you?" Amy inquired quietly, her Elysium was silent, she didn't know why it was as she loved filling every moment with music but she liked silence as well as music so she accepted this. Even the breeze was silent so Amy didn't have to raise her voice at all.

"Don't you know, darling?" the man asked with a surprised look on his face. Amy frowned, of course she didn't know him, and she'd never met him in her life! Or did she know him and just didn't know she knew? Amy said what she thought, it couldn't hurt, and it was only her imaginary world after all.

"Steven? My Steven Battelle‽" Amy exclaimed, squinting to see through the bright light. She stepped forward into the cool, dark cover of the trees instead of asking him to come into the light. Steven nodded and smiled, but Amy was still confused; was this just what Steven would look like in the future? "How old are you?" Amy questioned, moving closer towards him, Steven moved closer towards Amy as well, she could see he was wearing a blue duffle coat, it looked rather cute on him.

"I'm 24, why d'you ask, sweetheart?" Steven asked holding a hand out as if he thought Amy didn't think this was at all strange, seeing her boyfriend in eight years time.

"Well I thought you were 16, when I saw you last... I said goodbye to you at your house after we... made out during the study session..." Amy explained she knew this was a dream but she just wanted to see what he had to say, maybe even find out what happens for their relationship in the future.

"No, honey, wow I remember that, our first real expression of love... but that was like eight years ago! We've been together for all that time, oh and I have something for your 25th birthday!" Steven said excitedly as he did when he found out they first entered their relationship.

"But Steven, I'm not 25, I'm only 16" Amy replied "Can we just sit in the sun and talk?"

"Sure, if you want, but the present would be a lot more interesting" Steven admitted as Amy took his hand and led him out into the sun bearing down onto the field. They sat cross-legged facing each other on the grass and Steven smiled innocently "So... what did you want to talk about" Amy thought of something, if he really was Steven and he really did think they'd been together for eight years, he wouldn't mind her just sitting on his lap and cuddling into him as they spoke. She did so without Steven recoiling, in fact he did the opposite and put his arms around her and nuzzled her neck, making him chuckle as Amy giggled as he tickled her neck with his nose and lips.

"I want to talk about the past, where we've been, if you've enjoyed it. I know that sounds odd but-"

"No that doesn't sound odd at all, you know how we love to reminisce" Steven justified her topic of choice.

"OK, so, our first date..." Amy didn't know where to begin so, the beginning seemed about right.

"Was amazing, I loved how we had that picnic in the park and you cried at me serenading you... thinking about it, after you said that was the best day of your life I don't think you've ever been even remotely depressed, do you agree?" Steven rambled on about a date that sounded perfect, Amy answered saying she did agree even though she didn't know if it was true. Amy thought she should be careful with what she asked; she didn't want to ruin everything by knowing what will happen.

"Well, I love our relationship, dates like that just showed the type of couple we are! We haven't even had an argument once!" Amy said lightly, she wanted to see if they did have an argument just to see if she could avoid it in her future.

"Um... well, yeah but there was the one little... tiff when we left school. Don't you remember?" Steven corrected Amy, not wanting to delve into that part of their past.

"Oh yeah... I can't remember what happened there wasn't it something to do with... with..." Amy lied trying to get Steven to finish her sentence to tell her what caused the argument but Steven looked at her bluntly

"I don't really want to talk about that, let's focus on the good memories, like our first time" Steven sighed as he remembered their first time but obviously Amy didn't know what it was like. She thought it was a good time to wake up; just leave this awkward situation and wake up to another day with 16 year old Steven, but she didn't know how to wake up, so instead of leaving the situation awkward, she decided to do what Steven did to her that day; pounce on him and smother him with love, kisses and caresses. This worked as Steven laughed and kissed Amy back, he moved to her neck then her chest, rolled her over and lifted her top up to slowly move down to her stomach to her hips, he got a grip on her trousers and started to pull them down...
