Amy woke with a start, eyes wide, heart racing. Had she just dreamt what she thought she'd dreamt? She shook her head to get the images of 24 year old Steven out of her mind. Looking over at her bedside table she saw the clock with the date on the face as well, it was a Saturday, but not just any Saturday, it was the day she went to Steven's house again to watch him rehearse for a gig with his band. Amy quickly got up and dressed into black jeans, a white vest top and a dark green cardigan. She ran down stairs and had some cereal and a glass of orange juice, as per, and got ready to go by putting mascara and thick eyeliner on and brushing her teeth. She was ready to leave.

"Have a lovely time at Sebastian's house, Amy!" Mrs. Marvin called to Amy as she walked out of the house. Amy shook her head in disappointment; her mother hadn't paid any attention to her as she spoke about making her first friend at school and that she was going round to his house 2 days in a row, her mother wasn't worried at all in finding out who this Steven person was, this was proved because she called him "Sebastian" or "Samuel" whenever he was mentioned. Amy made her way down the country lanes, lined with thick green bushes for about ten minutes until Amy walked into a village called Allestree, Steven's village. She found his house again and knocked on the front door.

"Oh hello again, Amy" Mrs Battelle answered the door cheerfully, her dark brown hair was pulled back into a ponytail and she was wearing a striped shirt and blue jeans, casual wear for doing house chores in. "Steven's in the garage with Mark and Tom, just go around and they'll let you in. Well they better let you in!" Mrs. Battelle laughed as she pointed around the doorway to the garage door. Amy thanked her and walked around to the garage door and knocked on it loudly. It instantly opened to reveal Steven wearing a Queen t-shirt with his black jeans and Vans trainers,

"Hey honey, missed you!" Steven greeted Amy with a hug and a peck on the cheek; he didn't want to embarrass her in any way in front of Mark and Tom, the other band members. "I'll introduce you to the guys, yeah?" Steven said as he held her hand and walked over to a very tall boy, she'd never seen anyone taller; he was even taller than her father. He had black hair like Steven but it was straight and neat and he had a side fringe, his eyes were the same likeness to Steven's but lighter and he went to sit at a Ludwig drum kit and hit the bass drum. "Dude, this is my girlfriend Amy Marvin, Amy this is my friend and fellow band mate Mark Gibson" Steven introduced Amy and Mark, Mark was very quiet, Amy wasn't even sure if he spoke he might of just mouthed a "hello". Steven took Amy over to Tom who was tuning his bass guitar. "Hey Tom, this is Amy Marvin, Amy, love, this is Tom Kitchen, he's on bass" Steven introduced them to one another, Tom shook Amy's hand. He had black hair, to fit the look of a rock band, and it was swept to one side of his whole face, he had dark stubble above his lips and on his cheeks, his eyes were also blue but a reasonably dark blue.

"Hey there, y'alright Amy" Tom said; he seemed a lot more confident, and his smile was very charming.

"So shall we start band practice then guys?" Steven announced to everyone. He pulled a bean bag chair out from the corner of the brightly lit garage, put it in front of the set and beckoned to Amy to sit in it. Amy got comfy and smiled at the three guys who got ready to perform for her.

"What were we gonna practice first?" Tom asked Steven who went to grab his electric guitar which was leaning against his Marshall amp.

"Bodies..." Mark muttered keeping his eyes locked on his drum kit in front of him. Steven bounded over to the place he would usually stand during a set and said breathily,

"Yeah, yeah 'Our Bodies Will Never Be Found', let's do this! Hope you like it, baby!" He called to Amy as he strummed the guitar loudly, making the whole room vibrate. The music started and it was impressive, pristine voices and infectious energy, the whole song was amazing and by the end of it Amy had her hand clasped to her mouth in amazement. The sound faded out and Steven did a loud "whoop!!" and applauded the band "Well honey what d'you think?" Steven asked Amy as he adjusted his guitar strap.
