As Quasimodo climbed down the bell tower roof, he saw Emerald along with Djali looking around and calling for O/C.  As soon as the gypsy man saw him, he began to profusely apologize.

"Look, bud, I'm really sorry about this afternoon.  I had no idea who you were.  I would never in my life had pulled you up on the stage!"  And then he saw O/C, who followed behind her brother.

"There you are, my love, I thought I lost you!" he said in relief to her.

"You have to come and see this!  The view from here is beautiful!" she exclaimed as he followed her up  the wooden stairs to the top.

But as soon they reached it, the once vibrant sunset had faded away somewhat.  All that remained was some hues of pinks and purples in the sky.

"I mean...it was more so," she sounded a little bummed out that Emerald had managed to miss the gorgeous sunset that was present moments earlier.

"Oh, but it couldn't had been more beautiful than you are, my love," he spoke in a flirtatious voice.  She blushed at hearing this.  "I wish I could stay up here forever with you, but I can't.  Gypsies don't do well inside stone walls," he then spoke in despair.

"But you're not like other gypsies.  They're all...evil," Quasimodo said.

"Who told you that?" Emerald asked him.

"My master, Frollo.  My father," both of them spoke at the same time. "He raised us."

"How could such a cruel man have raised such good people like you two?

"Cruel?!?  Oh, no.  He saved my life!" Quasimodo spoke adamantly.

"Mine too.  If it weren't for him, I would had succumbed from the cold," O/C spoke in the same tone.  "In fact, both me and Quasimodo had no idea that either of us existed until today!"

"Right.  He took us in when no one else would.  I am a monster, you know," he said sadly.

"He told you that?" Emerald asked him.

"Look at me," he remarked in the same tone.

"Give me your hand," he said as he took his hand and looked at his palm.

"Why?" he asked, feeling a little confused.

"Just let me see," he said as he began tracing his palm lines with his finger. "Hmm, a long life line...oh, and this one means you're shy.  Hmm. Hmm, hmm, hmm...well, that's funny..."

"What?" he asked.

"I don't see any," he replied.

"Any what?" O/C asked, also feeling confused.
