Once again, they found themselves in the library, bathed in the warm glow of sunlight filtering through the windows. Nestled at their usual table, this time, they didn't have anything that needed to be completed, instead they just wanted to enjoy each other's company.

Shoji withdrew a book from his trusty backpack, its weathered pages whispering tales of adventure. Saku, captivated by his friend's choice of literature, leaned forward.

"Where did you get that?" he inquired, his voice laced with genuine interest.

Shoji paused, he considered Sakus question. With a soft smile, he gently marked his place with a finger before closing the book.

"Oh, I checked it out earlier, before my lecture at 7 AM," he explained with pride, evident in his tone.

Saku nodded in understanding "I never really thought of checking out books from here. Do you mind if I can leave real quick to go check one out?" Saku ventured, his eagerness palpable.

"Sure, I don't mind," Shoji replied with a reassuring smile, his heart swelling with gratitude for Saku's genuine curiosity.

With a nod of thanks, Saku excused himself from the table, his footsteps audibly colliding softly against the carpeted floors as he made his way toward the shelves across the room.

Saku's fingers slid along the spines of the books, his eyes scanning the rows in search of a specific book. "Now, where is the 3rd volume..." he barely managed to say above a mumble. With a determined tug, he pulled out the series of books, their titles exposed, revealing the names of the books visible to not just him, revealing what series he was looking at.

A tap on his shoulder drew Saku's attention, and he turned to see a guy, about his age and just barely an inch taller than him, holding up the very book he had been looking for. "Is this what you were looking for?" the stranger asked, he glanced at the book in question, then focused his vision on Saku.

"Yeah," Saku replied, a smile spread across his face in reaction to the stranger's kindness.

"I actually just finished it. Do you want me to check it in then give it to you?" the stranger offered, his voice warm with generosity.

"Yeah, that'd be awesome! But when you come back, meet me at the table over there," Saku replied, pointing to the spot where Shoji sat waiting.

"Okay, I'll see you in a few minutes." the stranger agreed before disappearing into the labyrinth of shelves.
