Hi! My name is Velouria (yes, my parents are huge Pixies fans) and this is my first work on Wattpad! You can call me Vel or El or any other nickname, but I usually just tell people to call me violet because it is my favorite color and to just avoid Pixies references all together. I am a huge ATLA fan and I have watched the animated series almost 4 times through now. If you haven't already, go and watch the show before you read (It is awesome)! My story picks up 3 years after the end of the TV show, but since I am more familiar with the show rather than the comics, my story/backstory is only accurate up until the last episode. I will take some inspiration from the comics, like Azula's struggle with hallucinations of her mother, but otherwise this story will be my own *I do not own the characters or original story line- all credit goes to the writers and producers.*
The reason I am writing about Azula is because her character is so deep and her story is amazing. She is truly one of the best written characters I have ever come across and I wish she had more screen time in the series (please make a show about her omg). So for anyone like me who is itching to read more about her, I am writing this for you! :)
WARNINGS:
There will be spoilers as this is a fan fiction based off of an already existing story line (obvi) so I will not be giving a spoiler warning in front of any of the chapters.
I will put a warning before chapters that are NSFW, involve mentions of self harm, rape, or any other type of major physical struggle, and anything else that may be triggering to readers.
Although I am not sure as of now which direction this story will take, I will say that this story is heavy on declining mental health, so if that is not for you, read cautiously.
Thank you all for reading and I hope you enjoy!!!
