"Hello?" Harrison answered.

"Hi, Dr. Wells. This is Elena DeWinter. We met yesterday."

"Yes, Ms. DeWinter. How are you doing?"

"I'm ok I guess. I've considered your offer. And...I would like to at least try."

"Ok. We can start tomorrow. I have a few things to do before we begin your training."

"What time?"

"9 am sharp."

"See you then."

He hung up, set the phone down, sipping his coffee. He saw great potential in her, just like he did with Cisco, Caitlin, and Barry. They were a bit angry with him, well, furious was a better word, when he told them he could walk and that it was all an act.

He didn't want people to think he intended to hurt anyone but blowing up the Particle Accelerator, so he thought that if he played the victim, people would sympathize with him because he had lost something too. At least that's what he told them.

But when Barry had run into a nasty Metahuman and almost died, Harrison had no choice but to go save him. It wasn't hard to convince them that he meant well, especially after everything he's done to protect Barry.

He sighed and ran to the lab. One thing they didn't know was that he had super speed. He intended to keep it that way.

If they knew, they would start asking questions about how he got his powers, and he knew they wouldn't be so easily redirected the way Elena was.

His plan was still intact, though it had changed some to accommodate the fact that they now knew he wasn't paralyzed.

When he walked into the lab, Caitlin and Cisco were working on their own projects and Barry was on the treadmill. His speed was key. It was the key to everything. Because when Barry got fast enough, he would find a way to go back in time to save his mom.

Thing was, Harrison was going to piggy back onto the Speedforce Barry used so he could travel back in time and murder Barry's mother. Barry didn't know who killed Nora. But he knew that his older self was there that night. Ever since, he'd been training to get faster, fast enough to go back in time.

"Dr. Wells, can you please tell Cisco that he's wrong about the average number of bugs Barry swallows in a day?"

"You two are still on about that?" Harrison chuckled. "I'm not getting in the middle of it. That's between you two."

Cisco smiled. "Translation: I'm right."

"Shut up." Caitlin stuck her tongue out at them, then called Barry over. "I got him. He's near Jitters."

"Ok." He speed-changed into his suit and ran out of the facility. "Guys, he's not here."

"Are you sure?" Caitlin said.

"Positive. Maybe he-" There was the sound of a punch and falling. "He's here." Barry grunted as he got up. There was a lot of yelling and fighting, and when Barry brought him in and he him in the pipeline. "Why was it so important that he be caught?"

"For one, he's a Meta. I didn't know that at first, but I had my suspicions when I saw him rob a woman in an alley. I didn't even see him go into it. And I had watched her just all of a sudden get dragged into the alley."

"Well, his invisibility definitely would come in handy when robbing someone, or a bank. Thankfully we got him before anything like that happened." Barry changed out of his suit. "Who was the girl?"

"Elena DeWinter. She isn't a Metahuman. She wasn't affected by the Particle Accelerator."

"But she has powers...?" Barry asked.
