Chapter 3
When we're here at front of our house. Kuya Rojer opened the car for me. When I am here at front of the door, well maids opened the door for me.
There's no emotion of her face. She hugged me and took my bag.
"Mom, why did you bring me here?" I put my glasses in my pocket.
"Let's eat. Your Dad and sister are here, kanina pa." She smiled.
"I thought it is a problem again." I whispered.
I sighed. Maybe there's a problem.
Problem earlier?.
Did my sister......????
Lalo't may bangayan kami kanina.
"Don't worry Avi, your Lola is in Baguio right now. Wala kang kasama sa bahay kaya dito ka muna matulog. Okay. No more questions." My mom said. "Mama Dhel texted me."
Lola forgot to tell me again or lola decided not to tell to me AGAIN 'coz she knew that I am going to worried again about her. Maybe she had meeting there or with her friends.
I sighed.
"Ok." sambit ko.
"Let's eat." MY SISTER SAID.
Habang kumakain panay ang kwento ni Mom tungkol sa mga katrabaho niya, Dad and my sister always nooded about what my mom says.
'coz, my Mom she's the queen here.
I miss her voice, I miss her.
Madaldal siya kagaya ni Ate Avril.
"There's so many papers I left in my office." My mom sigh. "Nakakapagod din pa lang nakaupo at nakatutok lang sa computer." She's happy telling those, but her eyes tells it's 'tiring day.'
"Take a rest sometimes, hon." My Dad said. I saw my sister smiled. Siya pa ang kinilig.
My Dad's eye looking at my Mom, the same 'look' at their wedding until now.
"Both of you Dad and Mom, take a rest sometimes." Dagdag ni ate Avril. "Vacation like that, day-off one week. I got you. I had a friend na may ari ng resort-"
"I can't just leave my business." He always says that. Dad's business is more important.
"Maybe I can take a rest when I finished those. papers." Tinuro niya ang mga documents and other papers sa lamesa. My Mom laughed.
I sighed.
"It's up to both you." Iyon na lamang ang nasabi ng ate.
And my sister had story about their agency, modelling and magazines. How she's good at handling those busy schedule, advertisements and interviews.
This next next week pala ako aalis dahil sa beach din kami magkakaroon ng photoshoot and there at La Union."
"I will talk to your personal teachers. I got you Avril." My mom proudly said to her daughter Avril. "But take care there."
Nakatulala lang sa hangin ang nagawa ko.
