CHAPTER 5

"Niala." tawag ko sakaniya ng mag-dismiss for the last subject. "Uuwi ka na ba agad?" tanong ko.

"Oo, marami pang gawain sa bahay." Aniya habang inaayos ang gamit niya. "Bakit mo natanong, aayain mo ba akong kumain sa resto? HHAHAHAHAHA" Natawa siya saglit at ng maramdaman niyang hindi ako tumawa ay bigla siyang natahimik. "Sa totoo lang kasi....." She don't know how to say what she wanted to say, so I stopped her.

"Its okay Niala. I just want to say take care. Mauuna na ako." I said.

"Ikaw rin, Avi." Sabay kaway at ngumiti.

Habang papalakad ako papuntang sasakyan sa parking lot. My math teacher stopped me which get me confused.

Ms. Cabrera never fail to amaze me because of her charisma.

"Ms. Emfugerra, buti na lamang ay naabutan pa kita." Ma'am Cabrera smiled. "I have a good news and bad news at the same time." Saad niya.

"What is it Ma'am?" Pinipigilan ko ang kaba na dulot ng bad news na dala niya. Is she going to prank me???? Not again.

But she's not a funny person. Period.

"Ms. Avilinda. Your competition will be on next week" She smirked and I know she's teasing me again.

"What!? I mean what day??" Nakakunot ang noo

"Next next day." She's wearing a wide smile. That's never fail to annoyed me.

"Then what is the good news?" Saad ko

"That's the good and the bad news." Pilit ang ngiti ni Ma'am Cabrera.

"What?-" she cut my words.

So my competition is on monday.

"Yes. Yes. Goodbye see you tomorrow. Don't worry I'll text you for your reviewers." And she walked away.

I get to the car with Kuya Rojer and we went at my favorite coffee shop. I bought Dark choco cafe and latte naman for Kuya Rojer.

When I came home I saw familiar car parked at our house. As usual my Grandma arrived earlier. 

Binati ko si Lola na may dalang paborito kong strawberry jam, limited lang ang Jam na'to kasi pangkaraniwan lang. Hindi raw ganoon ka-sweet and sour compared to other Jams kaya't hindi raw agad mahahanap ang ganitong palaman.

Sinabi ko sakaniya ay isama niya rin ako sasusunod na punta niya sa Baguio.

Alam na alam talaga ni lola ang mga favorites ko.

I went to my room and change my clothes. I wear short that looks like skirt because of it's design, it was above my knee and I wear a plain white hoodie.

I brought my phone, wallet and specially my earphone.

Pagkatapos ay umalis ako ng bahay upang magpahangin man lang.

Ready to go.

Dinala ko din si Chichay, asong inaalagaan namin sa bahay. Chichay is a gift from Ate Avril's friend, niregalo niya na lang raw sa'kin para raw may kausap ako.

Right! Niregalo niya talaga sa'kin 'tong niregalo sakaniya.

Chichay is a cookie brown poodle dog. She's so cute with her color matcha Lace.

Si Chichay ay minsan lang namin ilabas ng bahay. Kinukulong pag walang magbabantay. Sensitibo rin kasi ang asong ito. Now, it's time to feel the fresh air.

Naglakad-lakad lang kami hanggang sa mapunta kami dito sa malawak na dinadayong Park sa sobrang ganda nito. This park has a beautiful view and surroundings.
