Morgan called me and told me her big news. She and Alli were moving in together and she wanted to get a place in our building. Our privilege was out of this world, so I promised her I would see what I could do. The thing about Morgan was she had me in the palm of her hand; I would do anything for her. Alli made her happy, and I was going to make sure they had the best start to their life together.
"So have you heard from Peyton?" I asked after a while, having done my best to keep my cool.
"She texted me a little while ago that they had fought, so she just needed peace and quiet for a while. I'm seeing her at work tomorrow anyway," she answered me straight out without teasing or hinting at my interest in Peyton. Because I couldn't deny the interest was there. I had thought about kissing her several times during the day, and every time I had zoned completely out. Niall snapped his fingers aggressively in front of my face one of the times, calling me back to earth. None of them were courteous enough not to tease me relentlessly about making out with Peyton, because they knew. They weren't idiots. It was so obvious the night before and my absent mindedness only strengthened their theory.
"Want me to say 'hi' from you?" Morgan asked on the phone, snapping me back to reality.
"Oh... Umm, yeah you can," I said, rolling my eyes at myself and my schoolboy reaction.

I stepped into Dr. E's office and greeted her secretary. While I waited for my session, I read outdated magazines in the waiting room and wondered why there were only outdated issues. Was it because people wouldn't get surprised by things that had already happened? And then they wouldn't freak out?
"Harry? Dr. Evangeline is ready for you," the secretary said and I flashed her a smile as I walked over to knock on Dr. E's door. The door was opened and Dr. E looked out at me with a wide smile.
"Hello there Harry," she said and gestured for me to come on in. Dr. E was a woman in her late fifties. She was a small, curvy lady with very red hair. I was willing to bet it wasn't her natural colour. She always wore black clothes with a large signature necklace of some kind. Today it was a piece of coloured glass framed in a silver ring. Her approach to me was the best I had ever experienced and I had seen my share of psychiatrists.
"How are we doing today?" She said as we sat down in two large armchairs facing each other. She tossed me a lollipop and had one herself too. She opened her notebook, ready to take notes.
"Good, I think. I've felt happier recently," I said and shrugged.
"That's good to hear. Can you point out three things that made you happy since we saw each other last?" She scribbled in her notebook, ready to take down my three reasons.
"Umm, yeah. Morgan's moving in with her girlfriend in my building, that's one."
Dr. E scribbled and nodded with a smile.
