We steps in the outlet, the smell of alcohol hits my nose and there's a lot of man crowded around the table and just basically everywhere, mostly the woman here is working for the man so I assume this might be a random bar in the middle of the forest for the villagers, I guess.

Tomioka appear to be closer to me to keep my safe and a loud lady voice called out, "the young lady over there with the oversized haori!" an elder woman who's working on the bar counter call me, "you should pick up on your own size and not wear such a huge cloth hanging around on the floor!" she yelled out loud for me to hear, and I heard it pretty clear as all the people in here laugh at her so called jokes.

"the boy you have next to you is absolutely charming but boring" another bartender exclaims and I gripped my fist tightly, I could have killed anyone here right now if I wanted to but no, I'm just a demon killer, a hero to their eyes.

I want to leave but I look at Giyuu who is staring at me, "calm yourself down" he said and I just nod my head to him, we better stay in here warm than staying outside freezing to death which I don't mind seriously.

We walk closer to the counter, "is there something to eat here?" Giyuu asked kindly and the bartender gave him an old looking menu where they serve ramen, sadly we can't eat salmon daikon like I told him in the letters last week.

In the end, we ordered ramen and I blew on my hand to keep myself warm even though it's already warm enough here cause this place is really crowded and filled with a lot of old men and gladly no demons came here or else they would have been dead by now, I look at Giyuu.

He was looking around the area quietly and noticed that I was staring at him, "what?" his cold voice asked.

"nothing, you look boring like what the bartender said just now" I tease him and an irk mark appears on his head which makes me giggle cause I love to tease this poor man.

"you couple want anything to drink, we have beer and wine or whatever you like" the bartender walks out and asks, "n-no, we are not a couple, just friends" I corrected her with a fake laugh at the end and I look around and think what I want to drink, "a beer would do" I said and caught Tomioka-san off guard.

"what bout' you?" the lady asked him back and Giyuu just looked at me weirdly, "same as her" he said.

"why are you looking at me like that?" I asked and he facepalm himself for no reason, "since when did you drink beer?" he asked me, is he worried about me again?

"since now"

"drink something else" he ordered me and I just faked a smile at him.

"why? perhaps you are worried about me, Tomioka-san" I teased him again and the bartender put the beer in front of us along with our bowl of noodles, "I don't want you to get drunk" he said and slurp on his ramen immediately but I didn't care what he said and I drink the beer first that make him slightly shock by reading his expression.

The bitter taste hit my tongue and my eyes widened by the taste of it, it's my first time consuming beer and actually it's not as bad as it sounds.

"told you, I can handle beer" I told him and he sighs at me then continues to eat his ramen quietly.

I keep on talking with him as usual and he listens to me quietly and plays his roles, I'm like a yapper girl which I am already and he doesn't mind listening to me anyways, I do the talk and he just has to listen and having him stay by my side is more than enough actually.
