"Alyrie Florent." Alicent whispered lighting a candle.  "Viserys Targaryen." She said softly lighting another.  Hesitating she stared at a third candle for the dead. "Lucerys Velaryon."

The ceremony was small just family. As they placed their sacrifices to Lukes burning body. Tears in their eyes, there was something about the way the eerie wind blew and the fire crackled, it seemed like the beginning of a true war. A silent battle cry for revenge.

Avalon came up behind Alicent kneeling beside her.

"You always used to come here to pray. You found peace in it." Avalon recalled.

"I dont feel any peace today." Alicent admitted.

"His body was found. I cant imagine what rhaenyra is feeling right now." Avalon added

"Vengeful." Alicent answered. "If my children were... I would be filled with vengeance."

"Aemond is a good boy. He was foolish. But it was vhagar." Avalon tried to convince herself. Alicent leaned over kissing away her tears. "Hes my good boy."

"Keep walking." Cheese grumbled slicing away another chunk from a small cheese wheel.  "Don't make trouble."

" The White Worm said you're one of Aegon's ratcatchers." Daemon countered getting closer. "You must be busy. That castle positively crawls with them now."

"I heard the White Worm were dead." cheese countered.

"Her ghost told me you were a betting man." Daemon challenged. "Fighting pits?  Dogs... and bones. How deep are your debts?" He held out a pouch of coin but snatched it back, Cheese gave a low chuckle shaking his head. "I was also given to understand that you possess a unique knowledge of the Red Keep. Maegor's tunnels."

"Great big rat's nest, it is." Cheese agreed. "I know them better than the shape of my own cock."

Daemon loved his little sister avalon. He really did but he loved himself and the power he was so close to holding more than anyone and anything. So aemond had to die.

"Are you worried they will retaliate?" Alicent questioned.

"They will see it was an accident surely." Avalon didnt know who she was trying to convince.

"You are right..." Alicent whispered knowing she wasnt.

"Viserys wasnt himself in a long while, is it wrong to move on so soon?" Avalon pondered.

"I dont think so but I never loved him like you did" She admitted. Avalon nodded gently. "But I love you." She assured. Avalon gave her hand a squeeze.

"This is my friend. Tonight, he's going to be your friend." Daemon nodded to Blood. "You're to find and slay the Prince Aemond Targaryen. He has silver hair and one eye. Should be easy enough to find. But I understand he's quite good in a fight. You'll want to take caution." Daemon instructed. He threw the coin down. "That's one half. You'll get the other when it's done."

"Alright." Cheese agreed examining the coin. "What if we can't find him?"

"We've wasted precious days in this war of quills and ravens. Words are wind." Aemond remarked. "You should be leading the van, and I should be flying cover on Vhagar." He decided turning to Criston. "No castle would dare to raise Rhaenyra's banner against us. We would bring the whole of the Crownlands to heel in weeks."

"Well, mayhaps we could petition the king, privately, to send us out." Criston agreed.  He moved the coins along the map to indicate houses as the door opened and Alyssa came in. "Rosby and Stokeworth..." Aemond turned to the door. Alyssa smiled up at him. Aemond reached out for her and she ran to his side.
