&

Vigilante Shit / Bronn / Jorah mormont out now!!

"But you were eight years of age and motherless. It must've been difficult." Alicent countered.

"You get on with it, don't you? When there isn't any choice." Gwayne offered. "What are you looking at?" Gwayne questioned following his sisters gaze to criston and avalon. "Who has caught your eye? Your queen counterpart or your sworn sword?"

"Be careful, I'm sorry about Aemond, I'm going to try and speak to him again." Avalon remarked.

"There is little point, he is king." Criston countered touching her cheek for all to see.

"I... I will miss you." Avalon whispered.

"ANd I you, my queen."

"I wish you and alicent got along" Avalon added. "Shes my best friend and you two are constantly at each others throats it seems." Criston shrugged.

"She started it."

"Criston!" Avalon begged grabbing his hand.

"I'm sorry, I will try... Vaera likes me."

"Of course she does. Vaera likes everyone." Avalon agreed. "I wish you well Criston. My prayers are with you."

"Can I have something to hold onto?" Criston questioned pulling her aside, Avalon blushed getting into a little alcove that she deemed their spot. He kissed her quickly but before he could pull away she tugged him closer.

"Listen here shit head." Davina commanded. "You dont kick your mother out of-"

"Davina, I would like to temporarily name you hand of the king." Aemond cut her off. Davina silenced, something Tommen wasnt sure she was capable of. "Until my grandsire gets here. I would like you to be hand. You are smart, brave, passionate."

"I am." She agreed simply.

"I need your fire."

"And my Fury." She agreed.

"Your dragon is useful but your connections are what will help us gain the kingdoms." Aemond remarked.

"Are you doing to listen to me?" Davina challenged.

"When I deem it necessary." Aemond agreed holding out the hand of the king pin. She reached out toying with it. "What do you say?"

"No more." Larys said stopping Aegon from taking his tincture.

"My lord. Only... ...the Grand Maester instructed me to."

"The king will be most eager for his draught, in an hour." Larys countered as Aegon winced out grunting and groaning for his tonic.

"The drink takes the pain away, but it dulls your mind." Larys realized sitting on his bedside. "Oh, take heart, Your Grace, you've already written yourself into legend. You survived dragonfire." larys reminded him. "But I'm afraid you will never be whole. Orwyle has exhausted his abilities. He's bound your leg... but you will never run again." Aegon's breathing was shallow.

"Aemond if the people are starved they will look to you for food. You cant keep them-" Avalon begged.

"I can do as I please mother." Aemond countered.

"They will call you the mad king, the cruel king and you arent even king." Avalon corrected marching off. Aemond's face pinched as she marched off. Her words hit him harder than any punch.

"She's right you know." Davina offered casually. "You want your people to love you, not want to sink their teeth into you."

"Your brother rules in your place now, which means that your life is in danger." Larys warned. "But I think you know that."

"Help me." Aegon agreed.

"Get the queens to the wheelhouse!"

"Mind your flanks. Protect your corners."

"Keep moving. This way, Your Grace."

"'Tis the Queen of Fishes!" alicent felt something hit her in the face but she couldn't process.

" Keep moving!" Rickard throne demanded.

"Long live Queen Rhaenyra!"

" Get to the wheelhouse!" Alicent demanded.

"Long live Queen Rhaenyra!"

"Helaena!"

"Where is mother?" Aemond questioned.

"Out." Aeron answered playing with Alyssa.

"What's wrong Aem?" Alyssa questioned.

"I... have to apologize." Aemond mumbled.

"Oh good, you came to your senses." Alyssa agreed. Aemond rolled his eyes. "She will be happy to hear it."

"Thanks Alyssa."

As the people screamed for queen rhaenyra, alicent grabbed helaena and fled shoving past the people being slammed into walls they tried to get to the wheelhouse. Once inside the door slammed shut and alicent noticed the blood seeping through her gown.

"Alicent!" Avalon demanded holding her close. "Helaena, what happened?"

"Be glad you didnt join us at the sept." Helaena whispered. Avalon turned back to a bleeding Alicent.

"Come, lets get you cleaned up." Avalon urged.

"They were starving, the people were gifted food by rhaenyra's ships, black dragon banners hung in the streets." Alicent whimpered as she sat in the tub, avalon played gently with her hair. "It was awful... it was chaos."

"I'm so sorry Alicent." Avalon whispered.

"I... I thought I was going to lose Helaena."

"You are both safe, the gates are sealed, the guards are doubled." Avalon reminded her. Alicent whimpered softly into her hands.

"What have we done Avalon?"

Looking at Alicent now, Avalon had never seen her so fragile.
