Vote, por favor.

Comment, pretty please?

Fan, and you will make my life :) but only if you want to

“You stupid, stupid, fucking idiot! What in Heaven were you thinking?!” I’m not sure if I’m being yelled at or Shay is, cause both Ezekiel and Matt look pretty pissed. The demon, Azrgeal or whatever had jumped into the crack it had made in the ground with an evil cackle, and if that wasn’t pleasant sounding then I don’t know what is. My head stopped hurting but my eyesight kept switching back from normal to the pretty lights. On one hand it’s annoying but on the other it’s really, really, really entertaining to see Ezekiel turn orange. I sweep my gaze around the clearing and freeze. And nearly choke. And get the urge to curl up in a hole where no one can ever find me. Why?

Cause standing in the trees is the hot blonde guy from my college. Well fuck. Our eyes lock, or well the place where his eyes should be lock with mine. It’s weird, the demons are pure black, the angels I’ve met are orange and gold, that little Cajun lady is silver and gold, but him…he’s like…gray. No joke, his entire form is like smoke and I can’t even tell where his eyes are. My vision snaps back to normal and I find myself falling head long into a pair of hazel eyes.  His head tilts slightly and his eyes blaze as he crooks a finger at me. Come.

I don’t have a say in the matter as my feet walk towards the woods. There’s a sheet of a luminous, silvery substance hanging in the air, like a boundary between the woods and the clearing. He’s still watching me, a half smile on his face and there’s something enchanting about it. Bewitching. Mysterious. My hand reaches out to touch the silvery curtain.

            “Christina?”

            “Girl, whatchou-“

“Christina, NO!” Someone grabs me around the waist and pulls me back. I shake my head, coming back to my senses. Hands grab my face, forcing it up to stare into a pair of dark eyes. “What were you thinking? Crossing the boundary? Are you insane?” He demands and my eyes flicker to the blonde.

His face is pulled up in a snarl as he watches Ezekiel touch me. Ezekiel’s eyes follow mine.

“Adrian.” And I shiver, because I’ve never heard a name said in a tone filled with so much hate, so much anger. So much pain. The blonde, apparently Adrian, doesn’t respond, merely stepping back into the trees to disappear. Again. Crap.

*********

Thump. Thump. Thump.

“Will you cease that infernal racket?” Ezekiel growls, pinching the bridge of his nose. I shoot a side long glance and meet his dark eyes.

Thump.

“Christina, I’m warning you.”

Thump.

IN a second I’m pinned to the couch, my head as far away from the wall as it can get. “I told you.”

“Yes because clearly you tackling me to keep me from hitting my head against the wall is so very extreme.” Normally I’m not this sarcastic but it’d been one long day and I wanted some answers as to where the crap my life was heading. He raises a brow.

“Feeling a tad feisty now aren’t we?”  He lowers his face closer to mine and my breathing hitches at the proximity. I swear to god there’s electricity crackling between us. My God how cheesy is that?
