Chapter 2: playing around

"Kai, thank you for bringing Aichi back"

Emi said happily as she glanced towards the blue haired boy who had become preoccupied with trying to catch a certain dust particle in the air.

"You don't need to thank me, your cousin is the one who lead me to think that Aichi could be found"

The brunette replied, the peach haired girl nodded and smiled.

"Yeah I guess, though I can't believe his luck with the crash...... well actually I can.... He often gets himself hurt...."

Emi sighed, the sound of a vacuum turning on startled the two, annoyed blue orbs turned towards the blue haired boy who was holding the mini vacuum.

"Heh, sorry did I scare you?"

Aichi laughed, sapphires glimmering with amusement at his sister's not too pleased look.

"Why are you playing with the vacuum Aichi?

The brunette asked, it was unusual for the boy to do something quite as childish as that.

"No reason"

The blue haired boy smirked as he pointed the vacuum at the brunette and pressed the on button. a whole cloud of dust flew at the older for it had been switched to reverse.

The peach haired girl covered her mouth and stifled a laugh as the two looked at the shocked brunette covered in dirt.

"....... Aichi?....."

"Yes?"

The blue haired boy replied a smile present upon his face.

"...... Why did you do that?"

The brunette sneezed after he spoke, the reason of course was because of all the dust around him.

"It's payback"

Aichi replied as he closed his eyes and crossed his arms, jades looked towards the younger in confusion.

"Payback? For what?"

A soft sigh escaped from the younger as he opened his eyes and smiled warmly, all the while moving so that he was directly in front of the older.

"You probably felt like it was your fault that I got hurt when you woke up, so to be on an even plain, I sprayed you with the vacuum to become even"

The younger replied softly, jades widened for a second before a gentle smile creased the older's lips and jades closed slightly, the peach haired girl smirked at the two and left for her room.

"Aichi.... Thank you...."

The older whispered as he captured the younger within his arms and embraced him lightly, the younger smiled and allowed himself to be embraced for a few moments. That is, until he realized that he was becoming covered in the dirt as well.

"Noooo, let me go Kai, I don't want to become all filthy"

Aichi whined as he slid out of the dfees grasp, the brunette couldn't help but smirk at how adorable Aichi looked when he was covered in dirt like a child.

"Oh my.... What do we have here?"

Shizuka laughed as she came down the stairs carrying blankets, sapphires and jades looked at each other in amusement.

"Nothing much"

Aichi replied, the cyan haired mother shook her head and sighed.

"You two should clean up, why don't you guys have a shower?"

Shizuka suggested with a smile, sapphires lit up.

"Okay, I'm having the first shower!"

The blue haired boy called as he got up from the couch and went to go fetch a towel.

"Hmmm why don't you two just shower together? It would save time"

Aichi's face went red in embarrassment as he looked over towards the brunette who was in turn looking towards him, a faint blush was present upon the older's face.

"Mom!!!! We can't do that...."

The blue haired boy replied in embarrassment.

"Ehhh, I don't see a problem, you're both guys"

"Mom...."

The cyan haired mother smiled sweetly, cyan orbs sparkling.

"It's not like you guys can have children, so I see no problem for you guys to have a long shower together... You two have been apart for so long, I'm sure there's a lot of catching up to do"

"......."

"......"

Both teens were silent, not believing what the cyan haired mother had actually said.

"Aww don't be shy! I've got swim shorts for both of you guys!"

Shizuka laughed as she went to the closet and pulled out two pairs of swim shorts, one blue while the other was green.

"........ Oh I see..... Swim shorts....."

Cyan eyes glimmered at her son's response as she hugged him.

"Aww don't tell me that you were looking forwards to being in the shower nude with Kai?"

The brunette smirked as he watched the younger's cheeks flair red in embarrassment, in truth, the brunette wouldn't mind that situation at all.

"Aww don't be embarrassed! if I was your age I'd feel the same way!"

Shizuka laughed as she patted her son on the back.

"Mom..... that's not something you should tell your children..."

Aichi replied, his face still tinted pink from before.

"Don't worry Aichi, I'm not young enough to steal your boyfriend...."

Sapphires narrowed slightly at the cyan haired mother.

"So that means that you would try to steal him if you were younger....."

"Yep"

Shizuka chirped, causing the blue haired boy to sigh, the brunette patted the younger boy on the shoulder.

"That would never happen, I only like Aichis"

The older joked, causing another sigh to escape from the younger.

"So now I'm some kind of species........ Come on Kai.... Lets just get in the shower...."

Aichi sighed as he grabbed the older's wrist and lead him towards the bathroom, that is, after grabbing the swim shorts of course.

"Mom that was mean... teasing Aichi like that..."

Emi laughed as she walked down the stairs, she had been listening in on their conversation.

The cyan haired mother smiled at her daughter and rested her cheek against her hand.

"I couldn't help it, I missed him so much that I just had to play around with him a bit..."

Shizuka replied softly, the peach haired girl nodded in agreement, completely understanding her mother's words.

"Yeah.... I was happy when Kai woke up....... but now I'm even more happy because he brought Aichi back to us as well"

Emi replied happily.

Me: I had so much fun writing this chapter.....

Aichi: so mean....

Me: I wonder how many of you guys were perverts who wanted them to bathe nude together =~=

Aichi: *covers face with hands* embarrassing....

Kai: ..........

Me: hehe next chappy may be fun as well

Aichi: so you're still picking on me even now...
