BCH: Seafood

During the time with new equipment and getting foreigners in Paradis.

Onyonkapon would teach you and your friends the items outside of the walls. For example, "port" was a new term you never knew of. It was somewhere where 'ships' would land in Paradise. Of course, nothing was more fascinating than Commander Hange was, you were even surprised how much the world was and how much the world despised your blood.

On the other note, Onyonkapon would teach you the basics of flying an 'airship' which is another term you haven't heard or seen of. There was a paper he gave to you on how it was built and how it works, which fascinated you.

And of course, Sasha asked *that* question to Onyonkapon, but you didn't pay attention because you were focused on learning about the plane. Besides that, you've tried to make some friends with some Marleyean Soldiers, but some weren't interested at all, while some were slightly.

So far as Nicolo, he was always beside the squad including you, as if you were already friends but both of you barely talked. Until that moment, when you tried a new cuisine.

"What is that?" I asked, with a disgusted look.

Outside of the world is... so complicated and so many things I've-- I mean, we haven't known in our entire life. We volunteered to assist with the port reconstruction and decided it was time for a break. We made our way down to where Nicolo and Yelena were.

I looked down at the most unknown things on the plate. Do people eat these? They look disgusting.

"Oh, this? This is Red Lobster, clams, mussels, calamari and more." Yelena answered back. "Is that edible?" Jean asked. "Is this your first time having seafood? Nicolo is a master of Marlyean cooking." Yelena complimented. I looked down at the plate once more, seeing the... seafood. 

Seafood looks gross.

But as I turned, I saw Sasha looking down on it already drooling. There's no way she's gonna eat that right? But my thoughts were wrong, she quickly grabbed the lobster since it was the biggest out of all the other plates, she bit it right in the middle and immediately pulled it out like an animal.

"Wait, Sasha--" I sputtered to see Sasha eating it aggressively. "Mister Nicolo, you're a genius!" Sasha screamed crying at how delicious it was. If it's tasty, then this food is...

I look down at the seafood again and notice Connie and Jean already taking a bite. "Y/n, this is not bad," Mikasa said, taking a piece of the clam. "Not you too..." I groaned. "Come on Y/n, this is our first time trying this... thing that came from the outside world." Armin tried to convince me.

"But... it looks poisonous." I cringed.

Oh come on, it's not poisonous, I would have told you before you even came here. Try it.

Ugh...

I sat on the chair, seeing forks and knives side by side. There were several meals that I hadn't seen before, so it was hard even to pick. But eventually, I chose the creature that had no eyes... but a mouth. I only ate the meat inside, and the juice.

I was trying to bear the taste, it... tasted.

Tasted...

Oh...

Oh my.

"What is this called again?" I pointed to the creature in my hand. "That's clams, it's healthy and it brings the rich flavor," Yelena explained. "Huh.." I said looking back at the clam. I turned to see Nicolo carrying two plates with his hands, looking all flustered, "Learn some manners, there's still some left, you don't need to rush so much!" Nicolo complained.

Nicolo on his right hand was... noodles with a pink roll thing. I don't know what it is, but it looked tasty. "Hey, Nicolo! Pass that over here, I wanna try that!"
