After my stuff was all moved to Elijahs bedroom I sat down quietly by his fireplace and played with Ace and Rima while I waited for him to finish with his work.

Then Elijah came through the doors , immediately boosting my mood. "Hello Angel. Still awake?" He said. "I was waiting for you." I blushed. "You didn't have to do that." He said softly.

An hour later I still hadn't fallen asleep. I sighed then stood up. I grabbed a coat and just as I was about to leave the room for a walk I heard Elijah shift.
"Where are you going?" He asked. "Just for a stroll. Sorry I did not mean to awaken you." I apologised. "I will join you. You did not wake me, I couldn't sleep either." He said putting on a silk robe, he didn't tie it so I was able to see his delicious abbs.
I put my arm through his as we walked through the hallway then into the gardens. I smiled at the knights guarding, they must be so tired.
As we walked past a rose bush I pricked myself on one of the thorns. "Ouch." I winced and wiped my arm, there was only a little bit of blood. "Are you alright?" Elijah asked and I nodded.
He examined my arms then wiped the remaining blood with his thumb. "Should we go to-" "Im okay Elijah." I giggled.
We continued walking then we stopped by the fountain. I held Elijahs hand and walked along the edge of the fountain. "Elijah." I said. "Yes Angel." He responded. "Do you like being the Emperor?" I asked.
