"Are you sure your highness?" Francis said to me after grabbing a bow and arrow which I was quite skilled with. "Mhm." I hummed walking away as he followed.

"It's so dangerous , his Majesty would kill me if I let you go." He said. "It's going to be fine sir Francis." I responded. "Well then I'm coming with you." He said. "Do what you want to."

"Your Majesty we brought our best knights from each section except the first of course but we are all set." Tyrese said pulling out his sword. "Good." I said sitting on a horse.

"Make sure we are surrounding her Majesty at all times!" Peter yelled and that's exactly what they all did. We traveled in an oval like form through the village.

It was around sunset.
And the villagers made way for us.

"Look! The Empress is in the middle!" A shout rose from the crowd. "What is her Majesty doing?" A curious lady asked.

"We are going to the woods to defeat the beast." Peter said and suddenly the villagers cheered. "All hail the kind and Brave Empress!" A man holding a bible said then they all bowed.

"Thank you your Majesty!" , "We are saved!" , "Thank you!" I smiled at them all and then we continued our travels.

I heard a lot of them calling me beautiful which made my day.

Then finally we arrived at the woods and we all flinched when we heard a loud howl. "The beast has no chance against a thousand men. We will come home with it's head!" Reve yelled and they all shouted which I thought was a little stupid.

"Keep formation." One of the commanders who I didn't catch the name said as we went further into the woods. I readied my bow and arrow just in case.

Then suddenly there was a loud growl. Then a figure arose but as it got closer I realised it wasn't a wolf but..a bear..wait.

"It's only a bear!" Another commander yelled then rushed towards it. "WAIT! COMMANDER THERES-" I cut myself off when another bear came out and bit his head off.

"There's..more." I sighed looking down then suddenly the men all screamed and marched up to the bears. "Men! Keep formation for fucks sakes!" Tyrese yelled and now it was only him and peter protecting me.

"Peter duck!" I yelled and shot my arrow past him and hitting a medium sized bear coming his away into his head. "Thank your your Majesty I am forever grateful." Peter sighed.

A few moments later all the men came back , there was about seventy of them. Including the rest of the commanders. "Your highness I think we should pull back for tonight and come back tomorrow. It is getting dark and many of the men are wounded." Reve said.

I sighed and turned my horse around. "Twelve-" I started then screamed when something bit my waist and took me off my horse. My eyes widened when I realised it was a wolf , a huge white fucking wolf.

"Your Majesty!" I heard shouts as the wolf dragged me away. "Grab my hand! And Reve throw the dagger!" Tyrese yelled putting his arm out.

Just as our fingers touched a knife was thrown in between them just missing our finger tips which caused us to retreat our hands. "AT THE BEAST YOU FUCKING IDIOT!" Tyrese shouted as I screamed when I was dragged down a cliff but luckily there was water.

"Where is she?!" , "FIND HER!" I heard yells and noise but I was too focused on the ripper in front of me. I climbed out of the water and attempted to run away but I damn tripped over.

In fear I slowly backed away from the wolf. I closed my eyes and prepared for the impact when it opened its mouth.

I slowly opened them when I felt tugs.
It was like it was trying to show me something.

I winced as I stood up and slowly followed it further into the woods. The wolf looked back at me and then kept walking as I trailed behind it like a lost child.

It went behind vines and I gasped when I finally saw what it was trying to show me. In a pile of leaves was a white cub which I'm guessing was , now I know as hers.

The cub was whimpering and there was blood all over her. "Oh.." I said sadly and picked her up. The wolf howled. "Okay uhm.." I whispered. "I'm going to take him to the lake so I can see where the injury is." I said like the wolf could understand me.

She growled as I took her away so I walked slowly and calmly so she followed behind me. I carefully dipped the cub into the water and gently washed him.

To my right I saw a bunch of ants in a log. They were army ants , perfect. The cub whimpered as I placed him on the ground and turned him over.

There was a large slash on his stomach. "Poor baby." I said quietly then picked up a few of the ants. The ripper watched my every move.

I placed the ants across the wound and waited for them to bite down. Once they did I removed their bodies , leaving something like stitches.

I sighed and wiped the sweat from my dirty forehead. The cub then stood up and ran to his mother.

"I'll pull back the knights , we will leave you alone." I smiled running my hands down the large wolf , she was up to my neck which is crazy to me. But then again I am quite short.

Suddenly she growled and now I was scared again but then she ran past me and attacked something behind me. It was another bear.

I sighed in relief. I looked down at the cub who was clawing at my feet. I picked him up and nuzzled him.

When the ripper came back I smiled and placed the cub back down. "I'll take my leave now." I said then walked away but turned around when I saw they were following me.

"Maybe they're just protecting me." I thought out loud but as I got closer and closer to the palace they were both still right there , tailing behind me.

"Hm. I guess I can find a place for you two in the palace." I giggled as I walked up to the gates. "Your Majesty." One of the knights said in shock.

"Watch out behind you!" He yelled. "It's fine. I think they're just hungry." I smiled and he looked at me like I was crazy. "Open the gates please." I said and he slowly nodded then did as I asked.

"Please send someone to get the men out of the woods to let then know that I'm back." I said. "Yes your highness." He said.

"Now what to do with you two." I sighed looking at my new friends.
