The 4 of them made it back to Coal and Briars Penthouse. "Are you guys sure you don't need anything from your house..?" Briar muttered yawning leaning in Coal in the circle they sat in on the floor of their living room. Chick shook his head "I think we will be okay, thank you for offering though." He smiled but Crow stayed quiet. 'he usually isn't this quiet.' the she thought as she looked at him for a moment. "Crow are you okay?" She said amongst the silence. "I'm just great. Thanks." He said a bit aggressive "Yeah? You sure?" She said with a raised brow. "Honestly Briar, why would I tell you how I'm feeling if you don't even communicate that anymore." Briar, Coal, and Chick looked at Crow confused. "What are you talking about?" "You know exactly what I'm fucking talking about Briar. Coal called me at 5am because you were breaking down. The whole world was crashing on to you it seemed. You could have avoided that all if you just communicated that with the people that cared about you. But you don't. Because you're scared right?" Crow said standing up "Crow that's not at all what this is-" "Don't even try it. You and I both know that that's not the answer. I care about you, briar. I really do. But god have fucking mercy, you don't need to be barring the wait of the world your shoulders all of the goddamn time. Let people fucking help you." Crow said as he took a deep breath and just sat down. Briar sat there on Coals lap and stood up to just walk away. Coal watched as she walked away, she was already tired. He knew that. But being yelled at by your best friend was probably even more tiring. "There she goes walking off again. Should've known." Crow muttered the last part. Chick quickly stood up and walked over to grab Briars hand "Briar-" She flinched a bit pushing him away "don't touch me. Please don't touch me." She muttered walking up the stairs to the bedroom softly closing the door. The three of them just stood in silence until Chick broke it. "Coal could you show us where we're staying?" "Oh- yeah it's upstairs, down the hall and the last door on the right. Also, Crow?" He said "What." "Don't ever fucking talk to her like that again." He said walking up the stairs to his and Briars bedroom.
He walked into the bedroom but Briar was no where to be found. He then walked into their bathroom and sighed in relief when he saw her brushing her hair. He walked behind her and wrapped his arms around her tiny waist and started to kiss her neck softly. She just let out a little groan as she placed her hands on his. His grip around her waist tightened as he placed small kisses everywhere on her neck, then he pauses "You wanna continue where we last left off?" He whispered, sending chills down her spine. "Where we left off..?" "mhm.." His tired voice made everything sound hotter. Her face got red remembering what he was talking about, when he caressed her check and their lips meeting one another. She turned around to face him, Which turned into a kiss shared between them, slowly and gradually going to into another. He lifted her up onto the bathroom counter as his hands made their way down her spine, without breaking the kiss that they were sharing. Briar was wearing one of his T-shirts and Coal in his boxers. But they were in the heat of the moment, their lust for each other was too strong, he lifted her up as they continued to kiss, walking to the door locking it then laying her in bed while he is on top of her. His hands explored her body but he paused. "Briar.." She looked up at him and hummed "Are you sure you want to do this? You can say no." Briar smiled "I want to do this, I promise hon." Coal smiled and kissed her, that kiss began to grow more passionate as his hands exploded her body and her hands made their way on his chest. Their body's were the only things in the room that made sense to them at that moment. There clothes were scattered on the floor. Briar jumped a bit "You okay my love..?" he whispered as he was all the way in now. She nodded as a moan escaped her, he smiled attacking her neck. As the night went on, they continued to be in each other's warm embrace. Nothing could get in-between them. It was like they were the only ones on the earth. No one else mattered at that moment, only them. It was now 5am, they have been here before, awake in each other's embrace, except this time less clothing. They laid in bed panting and just looking into each other's eyes. Briars eyes were half shut and Coals were just admiring her. "That was amazing my love.." He whispered to her and she smiled softly "It was..especially since we haven't done that since high school" She spoke with a small smile. She looked so angelic to him. "You are so beautiful Briar." "What made you come to that conclusion?" She said confused. "I look at you everyday makeup, no makeup, tired, all dressed up. Somehow you always seem to take my breath away." He smiled. She smiled with a tear streaming down her face "What's wrong?" Thinking he said something wrong "That was the sweetest thing." She muttered. He smiled and held her, they stayed like this throughout the rest of the night. He held her as she slept. 'We will just take this day slow...she doesn't need to be up early anyways...' He thought as he felt his eyes close and the two of there breathing going in sync with each other.
