Jungkook closed his phone and sighed heavily, slipping it into his pocket. It had been five

days since he had been away from his daughter and he was already starting to get anxious

everytime he saw Jimin typing to reply to his messages. He prayed everytime that the omega

would not say anything bad had happened to his pup.

"Worried?", The other alpha asked, coming to join him. Yoongi handed him a cup of ice latte

and he took it gratefully, sipping the caffeine into his mouth, almost groaning at the relief it

bought.

"Yeah... I haven't been gone this long since Mi-Yeon passed", Jungkook nodded, taking

another sip.

"Don't worry yourself too much", Yoongi dismissed." Jimin is taking very good care of her I

heard".

"That's what I'm afraid of Yoongi", the Alpha muttered." What if she gets too attached to

him? And when it's time for him to leave, what will I do then?".

"You'll have to figure that out when you reach that problem but for now, just chill out and do

what you came to do", Yoongi adviced." Jimin isn't going to let anything bad happen to Ari, I

Jimin's wound that time he first came to the pack".

"Oh? Yeah that was a mistake", Jungkook grimace thinking of the pale pink handkie that he

had thoughtlessly pulled out to tie around the Omega's wound so as to stop the bleeding." She

gave it to me on our anniversary as a gift. I don't remember her saying she had done the

embodiery work on it, just that she had made something for me. It was a precious gift that I

didn't carry around with me often but I just happened to have it in my pocket that day".

"Hobi said there were initials on it"

Jungkook nodded.

"J & M for Jungkook and Mi-Yeon ", the alpha replied thinking back to that day, to their 4th

anniversary of being married. They had taken a trip to the city in order to celebrate the day.

Ari had been back home with Jungkook's mother who was at the time obsessed with her

granddaughter and had enthusiastically offered to take Ari for the day so they could celebrate.

Jungkook had planned a very eventful day and they pretty much did everything before their

anniversary dinner at the restaurant he had reserved for them. Jungkook remembered that the

e restaurant was beside the river that ran through the city and it was such a beautiful

breathtaking sight, he knew Mi-Yeon loved it too.

"Do you like it?", He asked, his eyes twinkling and Mi-Yeon had smiled, her eyes getting
