The City

Chou Zuyu straightened her posture and crossed her arms across her chest as the door of the

conference room opened and Han Nah walked in with a ready smile on her face. The omega

could sense a really strong aura of a dominant alpha behind the journalist before Alpha Song

appeared. Zuyu didn't know what she had expected the alpha to look like. She had hoped

Alpha Song would be ugly so it would make her feel better about Park Jimin being mates

with him but the alpha that walked in was far from ugly. Alpha Song was good looking— a

little too good looking for Zuyu's liking. Good looking alpha's tend to be only two things.

Good or bad.

She could definitely smell the stench of an ugly ego on this Alpha....which made her job a

little too easy because he was just the kind of person she liked working with.

"Chou Zuyu", the omega smiled darkly and stretched out her hands. The alpha disregarded it

and took the only seat available. He sat like he was the one that was trying to invest in Zuyu's

company or something.

Arrogant. This is going to be good. Zuyu thought as her smile became more menacing.

"I'm sure you know who I am", the alpha started, his face was stoic. No emotions visible. He

was like a brick wall." You reached out to me first".

"I did, didn't I?", The omega smirked. She casted one look at Ha Nah and the two other

alphas that had accompanied Alpha Song.

"Let's get down to business", the alpha said, a slight smile playing on his lips after he

assessed Zuyu." I don't think you bought me all the way here for an investment pitch? You

wouldn't send a lone beta alone to a foreign pack town just for an investment deal would

you? Unless she's an investigative journalist who works for you?".

Zuyu's smile remained.

A clever and cunning motherfucker. The omega grinned.

"Of course I didn't", she replied finally and turned to the three other wolves in the room."

Leave us".

Ha Nah started towards the door but the two other alphas didn't budge untill Alpha Song

flicked a finger and they took their leave as well.

Zuyu raised from her seat and walked over to the table of liquor that she had requested

specifically for this meeting. She pouted two glasses of red wine before returning and placing

one for the Alpha.

"A little birdie told me you're missing something that belonged to you", the omega mused,

winking at the alpha." I may or may not have your property in my procession. It depends on

how you'll repay me".

H

She saw a muscle in the alpha's face twitch.

Got you! Zuyu smiled.

"Someone called Park Jimin?".

The alpha's nose flared and his eyes darkened.

Oops! Guess he did love him.
